  I am very disappointed with the service provided by Clinica Bocian. I chose this clinic because it is considered one of the best reproductive medicine clinics in Warsaw, and my expectations were therefore quite high. During the stimulation protocol, everything went well. I was told that my diagnosis was good and that the doctors liked what they were seeing based on my parameters. However, when it came to the actual procedure, the results were very poor. What was most frustrating is that, considering my parameters, the results were unexpectedly poor, and no one at the clinic could clearly explain why this happened. I repeatedly asked for an explanation but received only vague answers such as “it happens” or “next time it will be better,” which is not acceptable when you are dealing with such an important and emotional medical process. Additionally, when I requested my medical documentation, the clinic was unable to provide proper and complete documentation to me. What made the experience even worse was the care immediately after the procedure. I was not feeling well physically, yet instead of being properly monitored or supported, I felt rushed and effectively forced to leave the clinic while I was still in very poor condition. Being treated this way at such a vulnerable moment was shocking and deeply upsetting. Overall, while the initial communication and stimulation phase seemed promising, the lack of transparency, poor results without explanation, insufficient documentation, and lack of post-procedure care left me feeling unsupported and disappointed. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and patient care from a clinic with this reputation.

  I had a truly excellent experience at this gynecology clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming. My doctor was extremely knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to my concerns. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and high-quality gynecological care.

  I am from Georgia. This person is the one who made my life beautiful, he is God to me. A 5-year dream has come true and I have a result. I will become a mother. I have no words to thank you. Thank God I found you. You gave me a happy life. Also thanks to the girls who work here, they are all exceptionally warm and attentive. This clinic is one big warm family. This doctor is a professional in his field and also a person with a big heart. I will never forget you, I love you

  I do not recommend this clinic, especially for foreigners. The staff is very rude, condescending, and impatient. The clinic doesn’t even provide a phone number or WhatsApp option to call from abroad and ask general questions. We couldn’t even manage to schedule an online appointment. My husband tried to speak Polish, but as soon as they heard his accent, they treated him carelessly, kept transferring him from one operator to another, ignored his explanations about calling from a virtual number, and never sent the promised email. Well, it seems they are too busy and have more than enough clients. Good luck to them. On the other hand, clinics in Ukraine and the Czech Republic have been incredibly welcoming and customer-oriented.

  We will always be grateful to the staff from the Klinica Bocian, best profesionals I've seen in their field. Special thanks to dr Niemoczynski for helping us conceive both our children 4 years apart and dr Kowalska for following both my pregnancies with such profesionalism and dedication. The best midwives and embriologists I met so far for sure, are in Bocian Clinic for sure!
