  My experience with Klinika Bocian in Łódź was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere during what can be an emotional journey. The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, answering all my questions with patience. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. I appreciated their personalized approach to treatment, tailoring everything to my specific needs. Their success rates, especially for IVF, gave me hope and confidence in their expertise. What's more, I really enjoyed the video room! I would love to come again. Overall, Klinika Bocian provided not just medical care but also emotional support, making a challenging experience much more manageable. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking fertility treatments.

  On February 24, 2026, I had a terrible experience at this clinic. I'm Ukrainian. I've been living and working in Poland for several years. I've applied for services at public and private institutions numerous times. I've never encountered such a disgusting, subjective approach, especially from a doctor. I suspect there's a "special" approach to Ukrainians here. My husband and I submitted an application to the Bocian Clinic in Łódź for participation in the "Infertility Treatment Including Assisted Reproductive Procedures, Including In Vitro Fertilization at an Assisted Reproductive Center, for 2024-2028" program. It was a difficult decision for us. We carefully selected the clinic and the doctor. We reviewed information about each doctor and decided on one. Robert Skalski – Doctor of Medicine. Perhaps this academic title gives him the right to treat with such contempt those who came to him for his professionalism?! Every doctor working in this field should also understand the psychological aspect of communicating with patients. Isn't that what the Code of Medical Ethics says?! We received no words of support or comprehensive explanations. The doctor verbally mocked my husband. I witnessed their conversation (I was lying on the gynecological chair at the time and was shocked by what was happening). Husband: Will these medications (vitamins) improve my wife's test results? Doctor: I won't answer stupid questions. Husband: Are they stupid? I'm interested in everything that's happening and I want the doctor to explain it to me. Doctor: (turns to me) If he asks me anything else now, I'll apply Article 38. Husband: What does that mean? What does Article 38 mean? Doctor: It means that I, as a doctor, can refuse to provide services. Husband: Doctor, I'm only interested in the treatment method. It's normal to want to know what will happen. Doctor: You're asking stupid questions. Husband: How do I know my questions are stupid to you? Doctor: You have a good head on your shoulders and a mind of your own. Please think about it or go to a fortune teller and ask how things will turn out in the future. Doctor: (turns nervously to me) ...you chose your husband. You need to talk to him. This dialogue was led by a doctor, a medical doctor with many years of experience and an ordinary citizen who usually seeks medical help only when necessary (meaning he's not an expert in medical legislation and procedures). How can someone behave like this when someone asked for help??? We didn't come to his house, we didn't harm him. He took an oath in accordance with the medical code of ethics at work, for which he receives remuneration. We can't keep quiet about this!!! You can't even imagine how much stress this visit caused us. We came to this clinic with great hope, for support and expertise. I emphasize that I am writing about my experiences at this clinic and sharing them honestly in this review. I am responsible for every word I write. In no way am I slandering the doctor; I am merely stating the facts. The people managing the Bocian clinic's social media and responding to reviews do not know for sure what went on behind closed doors. Because Dr. Robert Skalski is the physician who runs the Bocian clinic in Łódź, we were unable to file a complaint about the doctor's unacceptable behavior during the visit. It's a shame my husband and I had to contact this person. Robert Skalski has ruined the reputation of the entire Bocian clinic chain for us. As a result, we declined to participate in the program. Perhaps this will be a warning to someone to be more careful when choosing a doctor and to trust such a sensitive matter. P.S. Please update the clinic's schedule, as patients are seen from 8:00 a.m. on weekdays, not from 7:00 a.m. Please do not disturb people by waiting behind closed doors.
