  Good day! My review of the administrators of the main office of the Bocia clinic in Bialystok. The girls don't do their job! Оne of them, Maya Sadowska, behaves arrogantly, rudely and hanging up. Administrators don't answer a specific phone number if they don't want to talk, and then make a short call for about 1 second to create the impression that they called back, but the client didn't answer. Not everyone introduces themselves and doesn't tell the contact details of the main manager for the complaint. The translator calls back after 2 days or doesn't call back at all. If l manage to have a conversation, they say that they are trying to contact a certain department you need in a certain city but nobody reply there. They don't want to tell the phone number of individual departments (I was interested in the clinic Bocia in Katowice). After that, they don't answer your phone number. It's not possible to make an appointment at Bocia clinic through the main office, considering that you are a client of the clinic. This is a strange situation since Bocia is a private clinic. I didn't call the girl's home, so they didn'twant to reply. I think, at the workplace they should be doing work for which they are paid a salary, this is not a place for entertainment. My story! I had some business in Katowice and decided to use the services of the Bocia clinic and made an appointment for certain procedures with the help of a friend who speaks Polish. After the examination, the doctor prescribed certain medications and arranged the next appointment on the 6th/7th/8th day of my period, which is the main one for the subsequent procedure. The following month, on the first day of my period onTuesday 4th February, I called the main office of the Bocia clinic to book a day for a further procedure that I had discussed with the doctor earlier (the phone numbers of all the clinic branches listed on the website are answered by the main office. It's impossible to call specific branches) I was told that the translator would call the next day. No one called back. Realizing that I didn't have much time, I tried to call the main office again, it was already Wednesday, February 5th. No one answered, I tried different contacts of all departments. As soon as I ended the call, they sent me a short call for about 1 second to create the impression that I had been called back, but I didn't answer. We played like that several times. Towards evening, they finally answered and again said that the translator would call the next day. The next day, I didn't receive a call, it was Thursday, February 6th. On Friday, February 7th, I called the main office again. The administrator allegedly tried to contact the Katowice branch, but no one answered her during the day, but it was not true. She submitted my application and said to expect a call. On Saturday, February 8th, I tried to call them again all morning, but no one answered. I asked my friend to call the main office again from a different number and they answered. After a short unpleasant conversation with my friend, the administrator called me back. After listening to me, she said that she would try to contact the branch in Katowice and solve everything. Around 2 PM I called them again, as the main office is open until 3 PM on Saturdays, but no one answered. My friend called them again from her number, the administrator answered and said that they could not accept me on Monday/Tuesday on the 7/8 days of my period as my doctor had told me, because I had not called in advance to make an appointment. As a result, I missed a scheduled procedure in Katowice. I appeal to the management of the Bicia clinic! Take appropriate measures against the administrators of the main office of your clinic.   I have visited this clinic personally as part of it's GCR international accreditation and can certainly say that the clinic is above standard in the level of expertise, services, facilities and patient feedback.

  5 hours of travel for nothing, time and money wasted. They made me go to no avail, just to charge me because the Dr. didn't even look at me. Horrible experience.

  I'd like to share my opinion about the Bocian Clinic in Białystok with everyone. 🙂 I came to the clinic on a recommendation. I heard from a friend, "Go there, and you'll always feel cared for." I did. Now, looking back, I can confidently say that it was the best decision of my entire life, as it later turned out. When I first entered the clinic, I felt like I was the only patient there—I felt they cared about me. The nurses are always so kind and smiling. They never cause any problems; on the contrary, they are very helpful. And procedures, like blood draws, are very efficient and painless. For me, getting a blood draw is no small feat. But here, it always works on the first try. It's so nice to walk into a clinic where such a competent and smiling team is waiting for the patient. Everyone on the phone is also very helpful and kind. I've been a patient of Dr. Pietrzycki's since the very beginning. A wonderful, gentle man. A very good doctor, with extensive knowledge, empathy, and a sense of humor, which is crucial in such a specialist. He is also patient and explains everything thoroughly to the patient. I was never afraid to ask questions; I always received comprehensive answers. I visited other doctors at the clinic and had a similarly positive experience. When health problems arose and I became pregnant, the doctor ordered tests, explained everything, and established the entire treatment process. My husband and I were worried that our desires for a child would never come true, but Dr. Pietrzycki kept us optimistic, and thanks to his help, I became pregnant, and after nine months, we welcomed our daughter. I also had my pregnancy with the same doctor. I felt very well cared for throughout my pregnancy. The doctor always performed thorough ultrasounds to ensure everything was okay. When we arrived at the clinic for our appointments at the beginning of our pregnancy, stressed, we worried about whether everything was alright. The staff greeted us with joy and offered reassurance. Sometimes we miss those regular visits we had during those nine months of pregnancy. You quickly become accustomed to the kindness of the people working there. 🙂 So, I wholeheartedly recommend the Bocian Clinic in Białystok to everyone. ❤️
