The woman who sees patients at the reception desk is a complete disaster. I arrived in severe pain, crying, and the youngest woman working there was literally laughing under her breath (I asked if she found it funny that I was struggling, and she said it was for a different reason 🤡); she asked me to show her the test I had done privately that same day, and despite explaining that I didn't have it available (it only appeared the next day), she asked for help finding my husband's test, saying that "my wife can't find it; maybe you'll be more organized." 💩😳

There's no way to reach the facility. I've been first in line for almost an hour and a half and still waiting for an operator. It's a mockery of patients.

I don't recommend it. It's easier to miscarry than to be admitted to the ward. I reported my previous miscarriages, but apparently, waiting three hours for a doctor to see us isn't enough.
