Unfortunately, my experience with the dermatologist was very unpleasant and disappointing. During my first appointment, scheduled for 1:00 PM, I was three minutes late due to a long queue at the registration desk. The doctor was already dressed and ready to leave, a fact she expressed loudly and clearly displeased. She didn't even put on a scrubs, spent about three minutes examining my skin lesion, and recommended I book another appointment. For my next appointment (the waiting time was about a month), I arrived half an hour early to avoid any misunderstandings. Despite this, I was again met with extreme dissatisfaction and unpleasant comments about "everyone wants free National Health Fund (NFZ) coverage." As a retiree who has paid and continues to pay health insurance contributions my entire life, I felt very humiliated by this statement. Using National Health Fund (NFZ) services is my right, not a reason to criticize. I spent about three minutes in the office again. The freezing procedure was performed in a rush, without empathy or respect for the patient. I will never seek advice or treatment from this clinic again. I believe that patients—especially the elderly—deserve kindness, professionalism, and respectful treatment. Unfortunately, in this case, this was lacking. I do not recommend it.

I was a patient at this clinic for many years and usually had good experiences, but my visits with Krystyna B. were exceptionally stressful and unprofessional. During these two visits, I felt like I was bothering the doctor and almost becoming a problem in itself. The doctor complained that she had to work sick, which further worsened the atmosphere during the visit—I felt terrible, and the bad taste and stress remained; I'd never experienced anything like this before. The doctor interrupted me, questioned my symptoms, and wouldn't let me calmly share information. When I mentioned that I had blood in my vomit, she insisted there was definitely none, which was very disturbing and frustrating. At my next appointment, she complained about the lack of results, as well as about the fact that I had come for the appointment even though the lack of results wasn't my fault—my red blood cells had broken down, so the tests weren't working. Suggestions to see other doctors were like imposing specific clinics and specialists, which I found offensive and unprofessional. During the visit, I was also told I was "different," which intensified the feeling that my feelings and experiences were being downplayed. I didn't receive a referral for a gastroscopy, even though my condition clearly qualified for such a diagnosis. Instead, I was given medication for reflux, without a clear diagnosis, which was noted as inappropriate by another doctor. Furthermore, during my first visit, the doctor shouted at me for not wearing a mask, even though, according to the clinic, the requirement only applied to people with flu-like symptoms, and she herself was sick and expected me to figure it out. After these visits, I was mentally exhausted and decided to change clinics—there, I finally received proper care. On the plus side, I praised the receptionists, who were kind and helpful, as well as all the other people at the clinic, such as the ultrasound room and the lab, who were simply normal and professional. Unfortunately, the visits with Krystyna B. were among the most stressful and unprofessional I've ever experienced. I generally don't like to leave negative reviews, but after some thought, I've come to the conclusion that it's worth honestly warning other patients—especially sensitive ones—so they can make an informed decision about whether they want to use this doctor's services.

I generally don't publish reviews, but this visit couldn't pass without comment. I had an appointment at the Surgical Clinic today for follow-up after surgery. We brought the dressings recommended by the surgeon and a discharge summary with instructions for changing them. We're aware that not everyone has used these dressings, so we also had those used as a base in the wards, and we considered that such dressings might be applied. I had to insist and ask for information about what was being done. I was also given a silver dressing as a precaution, which shouldn't be applied to such wounds. Two different dressings were placed on the wound – one needs to be changed every two days, the other once a week. We discussed this immediately after leaving the clinic with the hospital. We were ordered to change the dressings again immediately. I came to you with complete trust in the National Health Fund (NFZ) staff, but I left in tears, without the information you're obligated to provide me with, with a scathing and strange remarks, and without empathy or understanding. Worse still, this demonstrates a lack of knowledge. We received help privately; we had the option. I simply won't choose NFZ services again. But the people who come to you are older, seriously ill, and less mobile, and they rely solely on you. Google reviews have never been a basis for choosing a clinic for me. I won't make that mistake again, and I now understand where they came from.

We've been members of this clinic for years. They have excellent doctors, accessible services, and a great registration process. The women who work there are always helpful, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend them!

The ophthalmologist is communicative but pretends to do her job well and blames all eye problems on the polluted environment and puts expensive eye drops in her eyes, probably a paid advertisement 😡 no help you expect, she should be fired
