What a disaster. The National Health Fund (NFZ) website states that this is one of two dentists in the province offering emergency dental care. After arriving at the location (40km), it turns out the doctor is not available (a notice is posted on the door). We had to go to Wrocław.

I'm shocked. I call them because my wife is in terrible pain after having her teeth pulled. It's 1:15 PM on Saturday. I'm told they won't help me because the doctor who pulled the tooth has to do it. I tell them it's Saturday and the doctor isn't working, and what are they there for if they're on call? The woman told me to report it to her because she can't help, as she only cleans and records. I'm just at a loss. I'll report it to the Patient Ombudsman this week.

Today (Saturday), I called the dentist. He said he's on call on Saturdays, so there's no need to register, just show up. So we drove an hour and a half to Brzeg with two small children, only to find the office closed and the phone disconnected! There are no other dentists in the area on weekends! Someone is charging for an appointment and not fulfilling it.

This is a joke, no one answers the phone, after we made an appointment we drove 40 km, this is some kind of joke that's not funny 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
