  What a disaster! This clinic is a disaster! For a week, an 83-year-old woman calls daily from 7 a.m. to register with the doctor. She gets through at 7:20 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and is told there are no appointments, that she should come to the window at 7:00 a.m., where this woman has trouble walking. No one will offer a home visit or an appointment for another day! My husband took leave and went to the window at 6:50 a.m., and there was already a queue, only to find out the first six people were registered, and that was the end of the registration for that day!! And the other six people were already on the list out of nowhere!! What a disaster and a failure!! Is this how they care for seniors?? They tell an 83-year-old grandmother to walk 1 kilometer just to hear, "Come back tomorrow"? Or please come to the doctor's door and ask if she'll accept!! My husband was told to try again the next day!! So, vacation time again, only to be told there were no appointments! Can't they hire more doctors? For a home visit, you also have to come in and ask the doctor if he or she will agree. An elderly person with walking difficulties has no chance of being seen by a doctor at this clinic.

  I traveled ~30 km to get here because it was the fastest appointment with an ENT specialist in the area. When it came to registration, the phone was answered immediately. There was a queue of 3 people and maybe a 15-minute wait. The visit was quick and efficient, I recommend it :D If you need to get to the office, you need to enter from the other side of the building, there is an entrance and room number 5 on the first floor.

  Getting through to the clinic is next to impossible. When I get there, I see the receptionists hanging up. I've already brought this to their attention more than once, calling at that exact moment and waiting for a response. Nothing changes. Scheduling patients for the same time is absurd to me. 10 people at 8:00 a.m., with each appointment lasting +/- 10 minutes. I know it's not a private facility, but I think there are also thoughtful people working in a public facility who can do something about it, if they're willing. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1 because I've been going there for years and am treated with courtesy, and so far, I've never been disappointed with the tests or the accuracy of the medications, but that might take some time to verify.

  I can't get through... And when I do get through, they either don't answer or reject me. When someone finally answers, I'm told I won't be seen today. This registration process is a disaster. If it weren't for the doctor I see, I would have given up on this clinic a long time ago. I'm still considering it.

  What a tragedy, a man with a fever for three days, and at 8:16 there were no rooms available. The receptionist suggested, "Please go to your shift!" It's a scandal, this place will never change!
