A few days ago, I went to this facility for an abdominal ultrasound. The specialist performing the test was very competent and thorough. I didn't have to wait long for the results; in fact, they came immediately after the procedure. The doctor explained everything, and since not everything turned out as well as I expected, he gently but clearly explained what to do next. This is exactly the kind of attitude I expect from healthcare professionals. Specifics, no moralizing, no jokes, just a piece of paper and "let them read it." The facility cooperates with the National Health Fund (NFZ). The appointment was really quick, I was seen at the scheduled time, and the receptionists were kind, smiling, and helpful. I recommend it!

The ladies at the reception desk were very nice. I had a stress ECG. The blood pressure monitor reeked of sweat. It was an uncomfortable test for me. I'm surprised that a medical facility could have cancer.

I visited the cardiologist with my 4-month-old daughter. The EKG was performed very efficiently and on time – the doctor was very kind and empathetic. ☺️ The cardiologist was waiting for us straight after the test. The test was thorough and the visit was quick. With such a young child, a timely appointment is a huge plus :)

Very friendly reception staff, the doctors have been flawless so far. We mainly use the National Health Fund (NFZ), although I've been private a few times, and we're always satisfied. That's why we keep coming back (even with our child). They always call the day before the appointment to confirm the appointment. I highly recommend them!

I definitely don't recommend Dr. Jolanta Oko-Łagan. We had an appointment (for a child) that we had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When we tried to reschedule, the doctor pouted and said she would never see us again because we had canceled the previous appointment. Furthermore, she blatantly lied about us making and canceling appointments multiple times, which is completely false. We only had one appointment at the clinic, and only one canceled. Unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to confront the doctor and her lies because the entire appointment process was handled through PZU (Polish Insurance Company). I believe this behavior is pathetic, disrespectful, and unbecoming of anyone, let alone a doctor. Dr. Oko-Łagan shouldn't be seeing patients at all if she treats them this way.
