It is with great sadness that I have to write this review, which should have appeared here in January 2024. I have been your patient since October 2016, when I became pregnant with my first child, and I was very pleased. At 20 weeks pregnant, I was sick, and the doctor answered the phone on the weekend because I couldn't bring down my fever. I have to admit, you were always helpful. I went to see you privately, I must emphasize 🙃 In 2019, you performed a Pap smear on me, and the result was inflammation, as it later turned out, and you did nothing about it, no medication, and I wasn't even informed. In October 2021, I gave birth to my second son. I was changed to the contraceptive method I had been taking for many years because it apparently no longer worked for me. Okay, I'm not a doctor. I trusted you! That's how my eternal struggle with abdominal pain and uterine swelling began, so much so that I had to be careful when I sat down. I even ended up in the hospital once because no medication was helping; the swelling was so severe. You recommended a 1-liter nasal drip and 500 ml of ketonal, which helped. However, lower abdominal pain became a daily occurrence, and you insisted that this guy just has it and that nothing was wrong with me. You recommended that I go to the hospital in Więcbork in August 2023 to have an abdominal MRI to see if they could find anything, but nothing happened. I was told it was nerve-related, maybe thyroid-related, that it was just how it was, and nothing could be done about it because I was healthy and had no issues. I'll quote your words: # Karolina, THERE'S NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU, THESE ARE NOT GYNECOLOGICAL ISSUES # But I knew what was hurting me. My ovary ached and throbbed every day, and I had irregular spotting. When I left the hospital, I asked for a Pap smear because we were supposed to have one at our appointment in a few days, but the doctor said there wouldn't be an appointment. The Pap smear was done, but I forgot about it. In September 2023, I got a call from the hospital telling me to come back for the results because they weren't promising, a month after he assured me I was healthy. It turned out I had pre-cancerous cervical cancer. Another thing that really shocked me was that you didn't see it as your fault. Nothing happened to you because it just needed to be trimmed. I went to see you at least every three months, sometimes even more often. In Bydgoszcz, people looked at me and asked when I last saw a gynecologist. 🙈🙈🙈 I thought I'd die of embarrassment. 🙈🙈 I did go to the gynecologist, or so I thought. I TRUSTED you so much that the worst almost happened. The abdominal pain was from the wrong birth control pills, not stress. It's good that I researched and didn't give up, because today I would have had cancer. I didn't even hear you say "I'm sorry." On January 11, 2024, I had a cervical conization procedure, four months after you assured me it wasn't a gynecological issue. SAD, BUT TRUE
