Ocena ta dotyczy tylko jednego lekarza z nocnej pomocy świątecznej, wizyta miała miejsce jeszcze w ubiegłym roku u młodego lekarza dr Zdu… Lekarz bardzo niemiło potraktował naszą babcię. Cała wizyta trwała może z dwie minuty, lekarz bez empatii, nie słuchał, poddenerwowany… naprawdę smutne, że tak można traktować innych ludzi.

The pediatric ward – that's all I'll say about it. All the ladies were super helpful, including the doctors, cleaners, and nurses. Some were more helpful than others, but I can't say a bad word about anyone. Everyone was helpful, and this isn't our first visit, and thank God we ended up there. Best regards.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire surgical ward staff for their excellent care. They are staffed by people with immense empathy and a human touch, caring for patients at all hours of the day and night. I extend my special appreciation to Dr. Wacław Warzecha – an outstanding specialist, an extremely kind, humble, and always friendly person. However, one incident impacts my final assessment. My workplace received a sick leave certificate with the incorrect insurance company listed. The issuing physician, Damian Chwaliński, canceled it and prepared the correct document, but included the following note in the justification for the correction: "The patient remembered where he works." I consider this comment inappropriate and unprofessional – it does not reflect the actual situation and is inconsistent with the high level of professionalism demonstrated by the rest of the staff.

I want to thank the ladies at the ER, especially Ms. D.G. (I don't remember the second part of her surname), for helping my brother, for their advice, for their patience, and for their empathy. PEOPLE, BEFORE YOU WRITE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ABOUT THE HOSPITAL STAFF HERE, THINK IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO THEIR JOB. Please have empathy for these workers, because they save our lives and the lives of our loved ones. THINK! THINK, AND THEN WRITE/TALK! They truly are doing everything they can to help; you just need to understand them and be polite and patient. Thank you again for the help you received, and I wish the ER staff much patience and strength :)

I'd like to add my thanks to the entire staff of the General Surgery Department at JCM. Their dedication and excellent teamwork are immediately apparent here. The facilities are excellent. I recommend Dr. Chwaliński for his surgical talent, composure, and care for others. I hope that demanding and ungrateful patients never leave this place.
