Dr. Janczak, an endocrinologist, is a great doctor. She helped my sister, who had trouble maintaining a pregnancy due to hypothyroidism. She searched for the cause for a long time, and now she's helping me. Other doctors are also very professional. Dr. Janczak was perfect in choosing the right medication for my chronic sinusitis. I've never had a problem with the receptionist on the phone, and I live very far away. The staff are very hardworking because it's a great clinic.

This is a joke. My mother called you about 100 times in a week, and the phone was either busy or no one answered. This happens all the time. The receptionist's rudeness is beyond reproach. My mother, unable to get through on the phone, being physically disabled, had to travel over 50 km to Gniezno to find out when her appointment was, because no one there answered the phone. The receptionist said, "NOTE, she doesn't have time to look up the appointment in her calendar right now and that she'll call her back." I wonder what's keeping her so busy, considering she's not answering the phone. I hope the doctor reads this and draws the right conclusions.

Today I saw the doctor there for the first time. After all the bad reviews I've read here, I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor was very nice and explained everything thoroughly, and I can highly recommend her. As for the registration process, I have no complaints either. I called several times and every call was answered. What's more, the women answered almost every call right before my eyes and worked like bees. I felt sorry for them, that they were so busy there, yet they managed to take care of everyone.

Pani Doktor, super lekarz, polecam, jednakże co do rejestracji mam zastrzeżenia. Próbuje się dodzwonić od półtora tygodnia i numer albo jest zajęty albo nikt nie odbiera.
