No respect for the patient. Appointments are scheduled every 12 minutes, people wait, and the doctor doesn't care. I understand that appointments vary in length and sometimes you have to wait a while. But not an hour when the doctor isn't in the office because she's "on the phone." The approach to the patient is pathetic. I didn't make it to the appointment itself because I lost my nerves in the waiting room and left. By the way, 12 minutes for a doctor's appointment?

The doctor treats patients with exceptional professionalism. She always listens carefully to what I have to say, what I'm coming in with, and any changes since my last visit. If any concerns arise, she calmly and thoroughly explains everything. Importantly, the doctor takes a holistic approach to the patient's health, which is rare. This makes me feel cared for and confident that I'm in good hands. I wholeheartedly recommend her—she's a true doctor by vocation!

The wait time is very long and needs to be improved. I wasn't a patient myself, but I brought a patient for an appointment. The appointment started over an hour later. Appointments are scheduled for an approximate time – this is the norm, but: it's definitely necessary to ensure that patients enter one by one, as they clearly can't manage on their own. A note with a list of people and a question at the entrance is enough to ensure they're the right person in line. With so many people in the waiting room, there aren't enough chairs, so people are returning to their cars...

Professional treatment. The doctor is very warm and empathetic. During the examination, everything is thoroughly explained to you what the doctor is doing and what she is seeing. In this office, you can feel cared for by the doctor. She is interested in your overall health.

I had an appointment on January 27th. Dr. Jagodzińska was nice, but there was one small drawback: the long wait for the doctor to come. The place looks nice and there's a little music playing in the waiting room. I was sitting with this nice lady. I have a prescription for medication and I take it every morning, as recommended by the doctor.
