A complete lack of courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. Outrageous behavior towards the patient. I had an appointment, but I knew weeks in advance that I wouldn't be able to attend due to work. I'd been trying to reschedule for over three weeks – I called numerous times (including on October 24th), but no one ever answered the phone. Today, on the day of my appointment, the woman from the clinic called me, and from the very first moment, her tone was filled with resentment, spite, and superiority. When I told her I'd been trying to call for a long time, she replied ironically: "We've been celebrating Christmas for a few days!" When I tried to calmly explain that the holiday was yesterday and that I'd tried calling numerous times, she began sarcastically asking me when exactly I'd called. When I told her I was at work, the woman, with indignation and mockery, said: "And how on earth are you talking to me now if you're at work?" Then, when I asked to reschedule my appointment, I heard an arrogant and dismissive response: "If you're making appointments... If you're at work, you won't be making any appointments now." And... she hung up mid-conversation. This behavior was completely unacceptable. The receptionist was rude, mean, demanding, and completely lacking in personal manners. Not only did she not help, but she wouldn't even let me schedule a new appointment, even though I wanted to continue the conversation and treatment. I was treated like an intruder, not a patient. Ultrasound, Dr. Dagmara Maciak-Wiśniewska: a doctor with the ability to understand and feel from other people's perspectives, and on the other hand, knowledge, curiosity, and commitment. After my first visit, I'm delighted.

I don't recommend Dr. Dagmara Mardak-Wiśniewska. I agreed to come in earlier so the doctor wouldn't have a long waiting period and could go home earlier. Being on time, I had to let the ladies with later appointments in, as the doctor clearly had trouble reading the patient list. She reacted aggressively to my outburst and accused me of being rude. However, she herself set the tone for the conversation. Ultimately, she performed the test in an unreliable manner. The thyroid nodule she checks periodically didn't show up on the doctor's test.

Dentist Ewa Sojan is completely clueless. I walked into the office in much better shape than I left. After the visit and the drilling, my tooth and half of my face hurt. The pain is still there, but I wouldn't go back to the doctor even if they paid me extra. I don't recommend it.

Dr. Srebro is a real disaster. I only learned that he had a harder life as a doctor than I did as a soldier (XD). He moved my leg twice and said there was nothing wrong with me (my spine still hurts). No help. I don't know what this "doctor" is doing there. Edit: I asked the doctor what I should do about this spine, and he said the worst they could do was operate on it. WARNING! I want to avoid surgery.
