  I'm deeply grateful to the entire medical team who admitted me to the emergency room and then to the ward for monitoring and stabilization of my severe pain caused by endometriosis. Even though the hospital doesn't offer endometriosis treatment, they stabilized my pain to the point where I'm able to function, not just lie there and "howl" with pain. They also performed all the necessary tests to assess my health (and whether it poses a threat to my life, such as ovarian torsion, hemorrhage, etc.), and provided me with complete information about where to seek further help. Due to the condition in which I arrived at the emergency room, I was a difficult patient – ​​unable to communicate and unable to move due to the pain. However, everyone coped admirably, avoiding further pain and providing me with support. I hope the hospital authorities will continue to expand in this direction in the coming years, as such an offering for patients would significantly enhance the hospital's attractiveness.

  🚑My two sons were born at Bródnowski Hospital. I believe the maternity ward at the Security Service is the best in Warsaw. I wholeheartedly want to express my gratitude to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, as well as the entire Labor and Delivery and Surgery Department. Thank you for being so kind in these difficult times, thank you for your wonderful approach to such a responsible job, thank you for your excellent care and concern. Special thanks to Dr. Mateusz Stępień and the wonderful midwives. I also thank the wonderful team of anesthesiologists who were on shift that day (you put us to sleep like your grandmother did when we were little). After the surgery, the care was like that of a private hospital, with respect for privacy and dignity. We were afraid that the obstetrics and gynecology department would encourage us to bribe them, would be rude if we refused, or would refer us to another hospital. All these concerns proved unfounded. The negative reviews circulating online were unfounded in our situation. During the five days after the C-section and before the birth, there were no financial issues, and all the staff proved to be truly wonderful people. Thank you to the entire maternity ward team, who helped wholeheartedly and treated the newlyweds as if they were their own. Thank you to all the hospital staff for their professional approach and healthy sons 👶🏼👶🏻 The ward itself is renovated, modern, spacious, clean, and equipped with new medical equipment. The meals are in large portions and delicious. As for the downsides, I can only mention that the C-section supervisor is very unsightly and very large (from hip to hip). P.S.: The procedure went smoothly and without any problems. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone: the conditions, the medical staff, the approach, and everything else are top-notch, and I hope they continue to do so!

  I came to the ward that evening after an appointment at the NPL with persistent pain in my lower left hip. My gynecologist, who was concerned about my symptoms, referred me to the NPL/ER. I went straight from the NPL to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Emergency Room. A very kind nurse gave me a questionnaire to fill out. After a while, the nurse invited me into the office, showed me all my medical records, and described my symptoms. The nurse initially tried to discourage me, saying I would need a blood draw and would have a long wait for the results and the doctor. I agreed and said I understood. I waited for the doctor's decision regarding admission. The waiting room had comfortable couches and a TV, which helped somewhat. Fortunately, the results were ready after about two hours, and the doctor saw me. The doctor conducted a detailed interview and examination. I was surprised that before the gynecological examination, you can prepare in a special room/toilet, which also provided disposable gowns. He assessed it as not a gynecological issue and referred me to the emergency room for further evaluation. I'm currently privately waiting for a CT scan to determine the cause of the pain.

  The first time I arrived was in 2023, with bloody mucus at 23 weeks of pregnancy. It turned out the fetal sac was already in the vagina. The woman who admitted me was incredibly mean. After a thorough examination, I was taken to the maternity ward, where I had better support, and I won't say a bad word. However, this year, with a 2-week-old newborn, I was admitted to a pregnancy disorder. I had preeclampsia and was recovering from a cesarean section (fortunately, the delivery was in a hospital). One night, my blood pressure spiked – I was at risk of eclampsia within 6 weeks of giving birth. I felt very unwell. I asked the woman on duty (young, red-haired) if she could help me and take the baby from me. I left with the newborn in my arms around 4 a.m. The woman was sleeping on the floor, then, with great mercy, told me she had to take care of other newborns and then I would be in shock. A mother with a newborn in her arms asks for help. I felt so bad I could have just let go of the baby at any moment. But she calmly got up and said she had to go because other children were crying. By the way, can you imagine leaving a newborn in the care of a nurse who cries at night while the woman who should be taking care of him sleeps soundly? Failure. This redhead needs to be fired immediately.

  The rooms are too small for 3-4 patients with newborns (3-4 women in one room). Minus: lack of information and my consent to an episiotomy during labor. The midwives are terrible, mostly unfriendly and consider themselves all-knowing. It would be best if patients didn't interrupt them while they chatted. If a patient doesn't ask, they won't know, because the midwives only do what they have to, referring questions to other people.
