1 star for the fact that the facility offers a private endocrinologist. And that's it. I waited about two months for a private appointment. Upon arrival, I discovered that appointments are scheduled every 5 minutes (like with the National Health Fund). My appointment, which was supposed to start in 5 minutes, wouldn't go ahead on time; there were four patients ahead of me. I decided not to visit a place that doesn't respect patients and their time. I can't imagine spending money in such a place. It's good that there's "competition."

The receptionist was a very unpleasant, dark-haired woman with red hair. She wouldn't even acknowledge a greeting because she was glued to her phone. She treated patients rudely, spoke with complete disrespect, and displayed a very unprofessional approach to younger women. It's clear she doesn't take them seriously and has no respect for them. Furthermore, she considers her own comfort more important than that of her patients and separates them from their companions in the waiting room to maintain silence (there were no loud conversations, only occasional whispers).

In short... I paid for a Pap smear, and the receptionist said it wasn't done, even though my paperwork stated it was done and I paid for it. Eventually, I was told I must have made a mistake or misunderstood the doctor. Well, that's because I don't know what a Pap smear looks like, so I wrote it down on my doctor's paperwork.

A wonderful, empathetic specialist, who brought hope despite our hopeless case. Everything was discussed in detail and carefully planned, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your help. You gave us a chance for a better tomorrow. The receptionist was very kind and courteous.

I wholeheartedly recommend the doctor, but the dark-haired receptionist leaves much to be desired. It took a long time before she looked up from the phone. She's unsympathetic, registering patients with great indignation. Asking for a prescription made her nervous. I asked if I could see the latest Pap smear, and she immediately explained that we were given codes. Of course, further conversation was pointless.
