Endocrinology-Gynecology Unit - A small park on the side of Building C, next to the passage to A0 - One of the lunches (+ soup) (lightly eaten) > Breakfast and dinner often look the same > Lunches vary, but usually include potatoes and small soups. > There are restrooms near the rooms, one by the elevators, the other in Building C before the stairwell (there's a buffet and a passage to Building B on the floor below). > It's best to bring your own dishes; they have them there, but you have to ask for them if you really need them. - The nurses are nice; you can easily ask for help. - The doctors are barely visible. - It's a bit chaotic when there are students, but it's not bad.

My wife was in labor and had a cesarean section. Friendly and kind staff, nurses, doctors, a lot of Ukrainian women on staff, especially the cleaners... One of the doctors named Kwinieska left a bad impression, she made my wife very nervous and in general she behaved completely inappropriately.. The building itself is well thought out, there are many elevators, there is an additional dining room (25 PLN is a good lunch), not expensive coffee... In general, I am satisfied and recommend it... Another minus is the lack of parking, it's just a drama... 5 PLN per hour under the nearest buildings...

The hospital is okay, the staff is friendly, the rooms are modern, usually for four people, and there's a bathroom in the room, so it's great, but you can't lock yourself in it, but that's not a problem. The food is so-so, but it could always be worse, the breakfasts are good and healthy. The wait to be discharged is very long; a friend of mine even waited six hours.

The emergency room and ER are a disaster. You wait for four or more hours with heavy bleeding or another emergency, even if you're the only person in line. Once you get to the ward, the service is better, and the equipment is good. However, another drawback is the outpatient clinic, where you have to go for mandatory testing. A patient with a high-risk pregnancy (requiring bed rest) waits over two hours after her scheduled appointment, sitting on a plastic chair. After reporting the situation, all she hears is, "Please wait your turn, there are other patients."

The doctor was very kind and professional, and didn't treat me pretentiously because of my age, unlike my predecessor at usi-med. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about registering during the pandemic. I tried calling for almost an hour, and when I finally got through, I heard, "Are you pregnant, or is there an urgent referral?" - "Uh, no," - "Then please call me in June." Oh, and I'll explain the situation: the doctor himself called me and told me to repeat the Pap smear soon to definitively rule out or confirm cervical cancer. "You're not the only one the doctor called. It won't be a disaster for two weeks, so call me in June." Thank you so much for your attentive care and for clearly showing me where I fit in the Polish ranks if I don't have a fetus between my legs.
