they made us wait since 11am to 1:40am just to say we have no spot available I was so mentally exhausted that i felt high from exhaustion also the food tastes like paper I was considering giving it 2 stars cause its not that ugly inside but I think I can't do that after having to travel 224km in 1 day back and forth to get told I won't be accepted in the middle of the night also please learn how to season food I'm begging I couldn't even taste salt in it I was just eating straight up potatoes with nothing in them

Overall, it was very efficient and pleasant. Orthopedic care (a broken arm) and emergency surgery were provided promptly and professionally, especially since it took place on a Saturday morning. All tests were performed thoroughly. The injured person received professional care. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hospital and emergency department were excellent. We had a very positive experience.

I've never had such a terrible experience with a doctor. The doctor on duty today, March 1st, in the evening, after describing the situation, i.e., the day before, I was also at this facility because my cough worsened (I have had a problem with my throat and cough for about a month). I was given throat medicine and an antiviral, but during the night I developed other symptoms and in the morning I called a teleconsultation at Luxmed (I needed a sick note), where the doctor told me to stop taking the antiviral medication because my symptoms were lasting too long and this medication should be taken in the first 48 hours after the symptoms appeared. She recommended taking a combo test and consulting a doctor about the result (I tested positive for influenza A) and about the previously mentioned long-lasting symptoms, whether I had bronchitis, for example. Since I was staying with my family, I didn't want to go to Gdańsk for a consultation because I wasn't able to. I decided to go there. Back to this facility. The on-call doctor's expertise left much to be desired. He rolled his eyes at everything I said, was terribly rude, lacked empathy, and seemed to want to tell me there was nothing wrong with me. After leaving, I burst into tears, and I don't cry easily, but my weakness and the pain throughout my body also contributed to this. In short, I don't recommend it, and you, the doctor, should change professions.
