  We were informed that the child was going for a smear test, but he returned with an IV tube inserted – without our presence or clear information that the procedure would be performed at that time. The need for an IV tube had been mentioned in general earlier, but no one had said it would be done in our absence. A one-and-a-half-year-old child was taken away alone and returned crying and clearly traumatized. I believe that with such a young patient, parental presence should be standard, and the staff should clearly inform us about any planned procedure. I understand the need for medical intervention, but the communication and treatment of us as parents leave much to be desired. In situations like these, the most important thing is the child's sense of safety – and that was lacking here.

  I wholeheartedly recommend the pediatric surgery ward!!! 🙂 The medical care is excellent, but above all, all the nurses deserve great praise!!! 😍 They're lovely women, always there to help, kind, and understanding!!! The ward is kept to the highest standard, so kudos to the ladies who take care of it!!! 🙂 We'd like to thank the entire ward for taking such good care of our son!!! ❤️ Szymek's parents 🙂

  Internal medicine department. Excellent, professional and well-trained staff. Paweł, the nurse in intensive care, is a kind and empathetic man. The doctor has extensive knowledge, which he shares with patients. The emergency room is top-notch.

  The hospital itself is okay, but the people who work there act like they're there for punishment! They're mean, disrespectful, and give dirty looks (some nurses are nice, but most are terrible). I felt uncomfortable around the doctors; they have sharp tongues and like to harass patients. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating. I know the job isn't easy, but it's not excessive to behave like that.
