Date, 27th January 2025. Time 04.53 Children's Ward. ( apparently) Extremely sorry to have woken one of Poland's finest doctors. We was in need of assistance because our child was struggling to breathe with a very heavy cough. (RSV) virus. Clearly polish doctors need to be taught some manners and not to be so rude on the phone when you are calling for assistance. extremely sorry to have woken you up but you did not have to put the phone down when the conversation was still going and you should have been professional enough to give you a name especially when asked!

A tragic place, the receptionists were more interested in coffee and texting. I waited an hour for the initial admission priority selection because the receptionists forgot I was still waiting, and there was only one patient ahead of me. Then I waited for the doctor, who was sitting in the room doing "something," because it was obvious he was also on his phone. Then he went off for two surgeries, saying goodbye and saying "see you at 7 a.m.," because stitching wounds takes 12 hours.... Tragedy.

I don't recommend it if you don't want to feel bad there, then don't ever choose this hospital. I had a spontaneous miscarriage. I had to call an ambulance at the hospital. They did tests, then an hour later, a doctor came and took me to the internal medicine ward. I was supposed to stay there under the supervision of a gynecologist. They only did an ultrasound because they determined it was labor, not a spontaneous miscarriage, and that my uterus hadn't fully cleared. They didn't know how long I had to stay in the hospital; they only said maybe one or two days. They were supposed to monitor me constantly, but no gynecologist came to see me afterward, only at the beginning.

My stay at the gynecology ward at the hospital in Tomaszów Lubelski was very positive. From the very first contact with the staff, I felt I was in good hands. The doctors were professional, patient, and always ready to answer questions, and their approach to patients was full of understanding and empathy. The nurses and midwives demonstrated great kindness and care, ensuring the comfort and needs of patients at every stage of their stay. The attendants and support staff were also polite and conscientious, ensuring the rooms were clean and tidy, which significantly improved the overall comfort of my stay. The food was delicious, varied, and prepared to meet the needs of the patients, further enhancing the comfort of my daily stay. The entire ward was well-organized, and the friendly and professional atmosphere made my hospital stay less stressful and more comfortable. I can say that I felt well cared for here, and I appreciate both the medical care and the care of the entire staff. Based on my own experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Hospital in Tomaszów Lubelski to anyone needing gynecological care.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the Gynecology and Obstetrics Ward at the Independent Public Healthcare Center in Tomaszów Lubelski for their care. Although it was only a one-day stay, I experienced extraordinary kindness, commitment, and professionalism, not only towards me but also towards the other patients with me. The ward has a pleasant atmosphere. All the nurses and midwives were very caring and helpful. The doctors were very empathetic and constantly concerned about our well-being. And despite our one-day stay, we received a delicious lunch and dinner. Thank you again and best regards :)
