The hospital in Radzyń Podlaski is a disgrace. Doctors and nurses do everything that's not necessary instead of what they should. They treat conditions they shouldn't treat. The internal medicine department can't even properly perform basic tests. They arrange consultations for patients to go to themselves, but when they do, it turns out nothing has been arranged, and they have to make the trip for nothing despite not feeling up to it. Furthermore, they won't even take the Verflon out of your hand; you had to do it yourself at home. They would only treat you with IV drips, to the point where your whole body swells from excess fluid, and they keep telling you that's what happened. They're just pushing patients away, and others refuse to correct their problems. What's happening there is a tragedy. I don't recommend it. If you have the opportunity, go somewhere else.

In the orthopedics ward, after my mother's successful surgery, it seemed things would only get better. Unfortunately, there was no nursing care; by afternoon, there was no one in sight, and it was difficult to ask for help – it was worse at night. If you're too busy not taking up space, there are now many willing to work (the salaries are very high), but it's a commitment, not standing in front of a computer because of the amount of typing – most people have no problem with that. Patients are the most important thing; without them, there's no ward, no hospital. Work should be a reward, not an obligation – any job can be replaced, and sometimes it needs to be replaced.

If only zero stars were possible... A total failure. Begging a doctor to admit a sick child. This isn't the first time this has happened. And the receptionists should take a course in etiquette and parenting, because they clearly haven't learned it at home. The hospital is being expanded and renovated, but what's the point if it's a death ward?

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Hospital Emergency Department (ER) in Radzyń Podlaski for their professionalism and exceptional approach during my visit on October 31, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. I presented with an allergic reaction to antibiotics. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the staff's responsiveness and the empathy and kindness shown to me by all team members. Their efficient actions and positive attitude significantly contributed to my comfort and sense of security in this difficult situation. Thank you very much for such a high standard of care. Best regards, Janina
