  We came here on the recommendation of another doctor for a child's third tonsil removal. Our first impression was average, with slightly mixed feelings, as the hospital's glory days are long gone, but oh well – things are changing here. From the moment we entered, it was clear that the staff here are wonderful and friendly. Everyone is smiling and ready to help. As is often the case with children, there were some minor hiccups because the child doesn't understand many things and is simply afraid, but no one made any problems about it, just tried to explain. The attitude of the nurses and doctors was 11/10 – everyone was smiling, which is a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in. The hospital is currently undergoing renovations, so from what I've seen, a lot will change in the near future. A big plus is the nearby grocery store, where you can buy anything you've forgotten or need.

  I would like to share my story and wholeheartedly thank the Infectious Diseases Ward in Sanok for the care I received here. I came to you in very serious condition due to untreated meningitis and neuroborreliosis. My condition was serious, symptoms were worsening, and previous treatment was discontinued. It was a time of tremendous fear and uncertainty about my health. From my first day in Sanok, I felt I was in good hands. My case was taken very seriously – everything was analyzed from the start, thorough tests were performed, specialists consulted, and the true cause of my symptoms was sought. At times, I felt like I was watching the TV series "Dr. House" – the doctors analyzed every detail together, connected the dots, and fought for my health with great dedication. I extend my deepest gratitude to Dr. Renata Kornasiewicz-Dubel and Dr. Tomasz Grzebyk, who watched over me day and night. Their professionalism, knowledge, calmness, and empathy gave me a sense of security during the most difficult moments. I felt that my illness was not trivialized, and I was treated with complete respect and care. Special thanks also go to the entire nursing staff. The nurses were incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. Every response to my deterioration, every conversation, and every medication administered were delivered with heart and commitment. In such a critical condition, this is invaluable support. I would also like to thank the cleaning staff and the ladies serving meals – their warmth, kind words, and friendly approach made me feel like I was among loved ones, even in the hospital. Thanks to the entire team at the Infectious Diseases Ward in Sanok, I regained not only my health but also a sense of security. This place is run by people with a true calling.   As a mother, I'm incredibly grateful to Dr. Alina Wanielista, who operated on my child – removal of the third adenoid and ear drainage. It was a very stressful time for me, but from the very first moment, I felt my child was in the best hands. The doctor demonstrated not only tremendous professionalism but also compassion, calmness, and a wonderful approach to my child.   The otolaryngology department is 5 stars! My daughter had her tonsils removed, and the staff were absolutely brilliant! The lady who picked up my child from the operating theater was very nice. The child went with her to the operating theater without any stress. The lady in the observation room was also nice. She kept checking, checking, and asking if everything was okay, so I highly recommend it! ❤️
