  I'm incredibly impressed with the reception staff, both in person and by phone. The receptionists are helpful and return calls if I can't connect the first time. Short appointments with some specialists are available, which isn't always the case with National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments. I don't know what hospital treatment is like, as I haven't used it myself, but if the level of service and quality is maintained there, I can only be happy. Dear receptionists, I hope you appreciate it, and thank you for your help!

  Today (November 2, 2025), I went with my mother to the hospital in Pionki because she was bleeding heavily from the mouth. Once there, we learned that the doctor – the head of the ward – wouldn't leave the ward because he clearly had more important matters to attend to than the patient's life and health. We were told to go to Kozienice or Radom. This is outrageous! Why is such a person even working as a doctor if they can't perform basic duties? A doctor who takes money for on-call duty but actually does nothing is not a doctor – it's a disgrace to the entire profession. Does he come on-call just to sleep, while patients can die? Where are the medical ethics, where is the concern for others? This hospital is a disaster – without empathy, without responsibility, without the desire to help. If someone can't or doesn't want to save people, they should change professions instead of pretending to be a doctor.

  Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the Internal Medicine department. My mother had abnormal liver function tests, and instead of conducting a thorough interview, the head doctor simply asked "what she ate that caused her results to be so high." Two weeks in the hospital turned out to be a waste of time – after discharge, she had another fever and was re-hospitalized. Only a different doctor (from Belarus) took better care of my mother, but I still decided to take her to the hospital in Warsaw, where she is receiving good care. The hospital in Pionki itself is nice, but the doctors seem like mere habitual people who have stalled in their development, even though medicine is moving forward.

  How can someone with a broken leg after an accident be placed on the ground on a blanket? If this is such a modern hospital, why don't they have beds for accident patients? What are the fees for? It's a scandal and a disgrace. The receptionist at the night ER doesn't know what an European Health Insurance Card is or how it works. She can't register a patient – ​​she's very rude... The only positive is Dr. Grochowska and her expertise – thank you for your help.
