  Polish bureaucracy at its worst. The nurses and doctors don't treat patients like people! They fixate patients and drug them with sedatives! They would probably take a bribe to treat your relatives and loved ones better. Horrible place!

  My mother has been in the internal medicine ward for two days. The care is fantastic. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff are incredibly empathetic, trying to do everything they can to help. This is especially remarkable considering my mother is 83 years old! I also want to be in a hospital like this when I'm old. Thank you.

  At the very beginning of this review, I'd like to sincerely thank the ambulance crew that took me from the Duszniki commune on January 2nd around 6 a.m. Thank you, gentlemen. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have had a positive outlook. Now, about the hospital. I think the hospital, the staff, the diagnostics, the food—everything is top-notch. I've been to several hospitals and thought the standards were the same as those I've been to, until the ambulance brought me to Szamotuły. The emergency room was perfectly polite, I had a quick X-ray and CT scan, a quick diagnosis, and then I was taken to the internal medicine ward (4th floor). People, when I finally recovered and started analyzing where I was, I thought it was a multi-star hotel. The staff truly cared for me, the food was delicious and the portions were generous, and most importantly, the quick diagnosis and treatment. When everything comes together, the result is that they quickly get you back on your feet. I thank the entire hospital staff in Szamotuły for their excellent care, and send my warmest regards.
