Analytical Diagnostics The organization is lacking, as you have to wait in line to register – this could be improved, especially for people with mobility issues. However, the women, especially at the collection point, were so kind and empathetic that I don't deduct a star.

Telephone registration for specialist clinics is unrealistic – please don't expect a miracle that someone will answer the phone. On-site registration is efficient, and the receptionist is polite and helpful. Appointments for clinics are usually too long, unfortunately, several months after the first visit.

Registering for specialist clinics is a joke. I tried calling for three days—a dozen times a day—and each time I was no further than tenth in line. It's a complete failure. I've wasted a ton of time, nerves, and money on calls that lead nowhere. You need help, but you're met with a wall of incompetence. It's a mockery of patients and a lack of respect for our time and health.

I was admitted to the gynecology ward a month ago, to put it bluntly. There weren't many procedures scheduled on the day of my admission, so they let me in and scheduled me for the procedure without the need for an additional appointment. This demonstrates a proper understanding and approach to the patient's needs. Thank you very much to the receptionist. The ward is as busy as ever, with all the beds occupied, and the nurses and doctors have plenty to do. The patient feels well cared for, thank you very much. Regarding the emergency room, I haven't been to the emergency room in Myślenice, but I have been to Krakow. Waiting times of around 6 to 10 hours are normal; the emergency rooms everywhere could use some "repair."
