An incredibly positive surprise. I didn't expect to be able to stay here longer. The doctors perform their work with great care, and tests are performed quickly and without unnecessary waits. The nursing staff and orderlies—both in the urology and neurology departments—are truly exceptional. Empathy, respect, a smile, immense competence, complete professionalism, and, to top it all off, kindness and warmth.

Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review of my stay in the ER. Although I was seen relatively quickly due to the lack of patients in the queue, the overall positive experience was ruined by the receptionist who made fun of my case. The doctors sitting next to me also seemed to be joking, though they later stopped laughing. The receptionist shouldn't be working there; she lacks empathy, as confirmed by an elderly gentleman who waited a long time for information about his wife and was afraid to ask anything. While waiting for test results, I could hear the staff talking loudly, playing videos, etc., which seemed highly inappropriate to me; they clearly feel at home there. Lack of professionalism. The young nurse taking the history deserves praise – I hope the rest of the staff doesn't spoil it for you.

Sorry, this is a joke. People are literally being laughed at here. Their problems are being downplayed. They're surprised that people feel pain during a painful procedure. They even go 24 hours without food. Be careful, because you might not get the help you need, be ridiculed, and go without answers. It's embarrassing.

There's talk here about night and holiday care in Lubartów. It's ridiculous. You call, they reject you, you bring your child, they're rude. Weekend doctors are probably completely clueless because they don't even know how to approach a child and diagnose what's wrong. It's a shame to even comment on the approach to parents and children.

I was a patient at the Occupational Medicine Clinic. They were quick, efficient, and professional. All the tests necessary for issuing certificates also went smoothly.
