My review concerns the occupational health clinic. I had my initial exams, and I don't recommend this clinic. Firstly, the wait time to get into the first office is excruciating. Secondly, fortunately, only some of the women there are working for a living. Their approach to patients leaves much to be desired. They don't have to bow to you, but a little courtesy and tact wouldn't hurt. And finally, if you don't like it, the certifying doctor will issue a negative opinion based on his whim. I highly recommend Luxmed; the same exams there take exactly one hour and 10 minutes, with a much larger number of patients, while at this clinic it takes six hours! Avoid!

The ICU at this hospital has wonderful staff, empathetic and professional. During the most difficult moments, both at night and during the day on March 1, 2026, the nurses and doctors showed their support. The same was true for the wonderful chaplain who accompanied the patient and his family in their final moments with immense kindness, care, and heart. Sincere thanks. May we see more such attitudes.

My husband came in after a fall down the stairs with back pain; he can barely walk. He was only examined by touching the area of pain and was told it was a common contusion that could last for three weeks, and he was given painkillers.... No ultrasound or X-rays because there was no radiologist (it was Christmas Eve), and the doctor and nurses were just sitting around sipping coffee. We asked for a written denial. Five years ago, they also denied X-rays, and my husband still has shoulder problems; he later had them done privately. What are we paying for? Going privately and having everything done like a hospital right under our noses? Sick! I don't recommend it!!!!! Zero interest! They recommend rest, but you have to go to work because it's just a knock.

An 80-year-old grandmother was taken to the hospital with a suspected broken leg after falling while using a walker. It turned out the leg was broken, and she remained hospitalized. Dr. Menge1e, aka the Chief Physician, refused to make a decision about the patient's treatment for three days, despite the family's demands and questions. An infection set in, and the patient died. A death ward, not a hospital.
