I arrived at the hospital in Łapy with some trepidation, but from the very beginning, my fears proved completely unfounded. At the reception desk, despite the hassle of obtaining a referral, I experienced a very warm and caring approach and a genuine willingness to help. Even in the surgical ward, the entire medical staff was not only professional and efficient, but also polite, kind, and very attentive and empathetic. The food was clean, tasty, and, wherever possible, with a smile and humor. A huge thank you to Dr. Paweł Żebrowski for the surgery and Dr. Danuta Zaremba for her expert care. If my health situation ever requires it, I'll only go to the hospital in Łapy. Best regards from a grateful patient :).

The doctors, if you can call them that, are very rude and rude to patients. When they do admit them, they're very gracious. People come in with extreme pain and are either sent away, or if they do admit them graciously, they laugh at the problem. Of course, I'm not lumping everyone in the same category, but this evening's visit casts this department in a very poor light.

Two weeks ago, I was a patient. I had spine surgery. From the very first moment, from the emergency room, I was impressed. 100% rating. The nurses showed 100% dedication to the patient – thank you. The doctor who cared for me before and after the surgery was a wonderful woman who explained everything 100%. Dr. Paweł Żebrowski performed the surgery – thank you 100% (I think that's an understatement). Being under his care at the clinic already made the impression that the patient was in very good hands. So many questions, so many answers. No rush, no ...

We are very pleased with the care and treatment at the Hospital in Łapy. In the Internal Medicine Department, we encountered complete professionalism, kindness, and empathy. The accurate diagnosis and effective treatment brought us immense relief and a sense of security. We extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Marzanna Makarewicz-Płońska, head of the department, and Dr. Agnieszka Zalewska for their dedication, care, and personalized approach to each patient. We also thank all the nurses for their care, patience, and warmth. We wholeheartedly recommend this hospital and the Internal Medicine Department!
