Doctor Mateusz Bondar is completely devoid of empathy. He has no interest in his patients and is unable to listen. The only thing he cares about is the money he receives for telemedicine. I have the impression he doesn't listen at all because at the end he asked what was expected of him, as if he didn't know what he should do. He's not the right man for this position. His behavior has greatly discouraged me from using psychiatric services again. I believe he should be stripped of his license to practice.

The staff, especially the nurses residing in Hajnówka, should be trained in patient care or fired. There's a huge disparity between the local staff and the medical staff who come from outside the city, such as Białystok.

I arrived at the hospital with a referral. I was quickly admitted. I was in the orthopedic ward. There were an awful lot of surgeries there, and the order of procedures was a bit chaotic. This may be because there were so many procedures and the doctors didn't have the energy to talk to patients anymore. A brief note, and that was it. Discharge was also quite quick; he was ready after 10 a.m., and that was on a Saturday.
