Unfortunately, my visit to the pain clinic today was a very difficult experience. My father and I arrived from another city. However, we found a huge queue, a tense atmosphere, and hours of waiting. There was only one doctor covering the pain clinic and the treatment room. It was a disaster! The conditions in the building seem very outdated; the hospital looks as if it hasn't undergone a major renovation in a long time. For people suffering from chronic pain, sitting in crowds and waiting in line for hours is simply an additional burden. After several hours of waiting, we were forced to cancel our appointment. I have enormous respect for the staff, who work in very difficult conditions and under heavy pressure. However, the organization and the actual capacity to admit patients at the pain clinic definitely need improvement. I hope this situation will change in the future, as patients come here with significant suffering.

A typical death ward with back pain. The wait for an injection after a diagnosis is three hours. And the nurses are telling each other stories about yeast cake. The injection should take three minutes and then you can go home. After a reminder, the nurse said there might be someone waiting there who needs more help. And there was no one in the emergency room. Close it completely. If you can't provide help, I don't know what would happen if someone came in with, say, renal colic or something else, I'd chew through the door. But if you know the nurse, you get immediate help. A typical Polish institution. I'm thinking of filing a report with the National Health Fund (NFZ); maybe they'll send someone for a checkup on Sunday at 7 PM. Come on people, consider whether you're here to help others or to do 12 hours and go home.

I have very severe menstrual cramps, which forced me to go for help because I almost fainted from the pain. I went there at midnight with my mom. At first, the nurse was nice, but then when she sent us to other hospitals, the atmosphere was not so nice. They told my mom not to fall for a teenage whim (because it's such a pleasure for me to go to the hospital at night). They didn't want to give me an injection first, but my mom asked for one because I was screaming from pain at home. And when I was in another hospital once, they gave it to me. They humiliated me, saying I should writhe in pain, but I'm good at hiding pain. I don't recommend this hospital wholeheartedly. Be careful with them (I apologize in advance for not using punctuation or Polish characters in my comment).
