Literally a tragedy! I never want to be there again. I was in the pediatric ward, lying in a room, and suddenly the bed malfunctioned. When I pressed the button to call the doctor, I was launched into the ceiling, hitting a lamp. The lamp fell onto the tiles, and everything shattered. I wanted my brother to comfort me because I was lying there crying, but they wouldn't let him in! The woman at the window said my brother wasn't wearing a mask and that he was too old (we're the same age, but his mustache was drawn on with a marker). Suddenly, plaster started falling from the wall because the building was old and neglected, and the entire room collapsed from the overload of IVs. We fell down a floor, straight into the rat-infested basement.

I'd like to thank you, above all, for such a quick response. I called for help for my grandmother, whom we weren't able to transport to the clinic due to her pneumonia-related condition (which we didn't know about until the paramedics arrived). From the moment I hung up on the dispatcher until the arrival of the Emergency Medical Services team, perhaps 10 minutes passed. The paramedics treated my grandmother with great commitment and heart. The decision was made to transport her to the hospital. I'd also like to thank the nurses and doctors who cared for my grandmother. Thanks to the quick response in the emergency room and on the ward, my grandmother was able to go home on Christmas Day.

In early September, I had a gastroscopy performed by a doctor who created a negative atmosphere from the very beginning, making the test itself stressful... I had the test done privately, and I felt like I was being treated like a condescending doctor because my test was done privately (what's more, I'm not the first person this woman has treated me this way). I clearly emphasized that I needed a full examination, including a Helicobacter pylori test, because I was going to have surgery and needed a full examination. The doctor's response was that she would decide whether such a test was necessary, not me (???!!). She's a doctor, and if she sees the need, she'll do it (???!!). I received the results a few weeks later, meaning a few days ago, and the Helicobacter pylori test said: "Not marked???" Not to mention that inflammation was detected in the first result... the second one was a biopsy... what's more, during the procedure/examination, this woman talked (according to a very disturbing conversation) about the other team, how they work... or not... according to her. This was my first and last examination with this woman. I wish I had known sooner that this woman was incompetent and had not found this second doctor. Similarly, from the assessments of other patients, he is very kind and competent. My personal suggestion: if you're so bad at this job, maybe you shouldn't be working with patients. Best regards. P.S. The nurses are very nice ❤️

I had a gastroscopy and colonoscopy with anesthesia. I was terrified, but now I know it was the best place for the test! The nurses were amazing! Fast, efficient, smiling, and helpful! They explained everything calmly, and I felt cared for, which meant I wasn't so scared! I don't even remember when the test was over! There was absolutely no pain, and in fact, I don't even remember a thing thanks to the anesthesia. After the test, the doctor came to see me, explained everything, and gave me instructions. If I need to have another test in the future, I'll definitely go there!

I would like to thank Dr. J. Błach from the hospital in Trzcianka for the painless and professional performance of my colonoscopy, which, due to colon cancer, I have to undergo every three years. I would also like to thank the very empathetic staff for the care they provided during the examination. Their professionalism and patient-centered approach were top-notch. My review is based on my experience at other facilities. I had this procedure performed twice at ArsMedical in Piła, and I honestly do not recommend it. The examination was very painful, and the staff were unfriendly.
