  I'm giving it a 5/5 because 10 isn't possible :) Starting with the registration desk, the ladies are always very helpful, warm, and helpful. To those who criticize the registration desk, everyone is entitled to a bad day sometimes, right? And not everyone has to be smiling all the time; these ladies have their private lives, just like everyone else, so please be a little understanding. As for the adult and pediatric doctors, every time I come for help, whether it's me, my wife, or my daughter, we always receive an accurate diagnosis and well-chosen medications, and we're back on our feet in two days.   We have no complaints about the doctors' work, but I'm disappointed with the registration process. I scheduled my child for vaccinations. I confirmed the VACCINATION date twice. Consequently, when I arrived on the specific day, after being off work, I learned that my child had been listed on the schedule, but the vaccinator wasn't there. If that weren't enough, when I asked for a vaccination, no one at the registration desk admitted that there were no vaccinations today. Only after fifteen minutes of waiting did we enter the office to learn that today was impossible. Consequently, we were given a new appointment. Sure, it seems trivial. But who would think about a child being afraid, refusing to go, only to be told the fear will continue? I know, mistakes happen, but I confirmed it TWICE. The only thing that was completely unaffected was the receptionists' makeup.

  I'd like to express my disappointment with the doctor's work. My test results were negative, but three months later, when I requested a second referral, the doctor refused and declared me healthy. This approach raises questions about professionalism and the level of patient care he provides. I expected a more responsible approach to my health.

  The clinic is a complete disaster. There are always no doctors, and when there are, they're always new ones, refusing to help, and they won't see a sick child because "the doctor is pregnant and afraid of getting infected, so she only sees patients by teleconsultation." So my question is... why would a pediatrician be so incapable of seeing a patient? Because of your teleconsultations, my child has been sick for two weeks, and it's getting worse. So to anyone considering choosing a clinic - steer clear :)

  The short wait time is definitely a plus; you get in at your scheduled time. But why, when on Fridays, a family doctor who theoretically sees patients in the afternoons is told by the doctor that he only sees patients in the mornings, but this isn't the first time I've heard that "exceptionally." When someone works, those Friday afternoons were necessary.
