I would like to express my very positive opinion about the professional medical care provided at the CZMZŻ Hospital. The vigilance and commitment of the team of paramedics and nurses deserves particular recognition. They quickly responded to the emergence of additional symptoms during my hospitalization and immediately alerted the attending physician. Thanks to efficient communication and the appropriate response of the staff, further, appropriate diagnostic measures were possible. I also greatly appreciate the doctor's decision to refer me to another department for an additional, in-depth clinical assessment. The entire process was conducted professionally, with a focus on patient safety and clear communication about the decisions made. The care was comprehensive, and the staff demonstrated a high level of competence, empathy, and responsibility. I can wholeheartedly recommend the hospital as a facility where patient well-being is a real priority. I also witnessed the psychological support provided by the nurse, who provided an exceptionally professional and warm approach to a patient in crisis. Unheard of in Poland. This review concerns the night shift on 16/17/01/2026 NPL medical team and admission room.
