Yesterday, March 2nd, I visited the Diabetes Clinic to make an appointment. I'm impressed with the staff there. I received a referral from the gynecologist overseeing my pregnancy because I'm struggling with gestational diabetes. The nurse provided me with comprehensive information, from how to check my blood sugar (the meter came with needles and pregnancy products) to the low-GI diet I should follow right before my doctor's appointment, which will definitely benefit my health and that of my little one. Thank you for all the information and I recommend it to everyone, especially expectant mothers.

This is probably the first time I've given someone a bad review, but this hospital is a complete mess. Starting with the fact that you spend about five hours with your child in the emergency room, waiting for tests and then for their results. After getting to the children's ward, we hit another wall. The nurses (of course, I'm not talking about all of them, because we didn't meet them), unfortunately, most of them during our stay, showed a complete lack of empathy and zero respect for the child. The doctors, visible in the room, in the hallway, showed zero interest in the patient. Until I went to ask for my child to be examined, no one bothered to check on us. Ultimately, we left the hospital not knowing what was wrong with our child, because the doctors couldn't tell us what it was... One big mess... I recommend either changing the staff to more empathetic and qualified ones, or giving up on this ward altogether.

I had orthopedic surgery. Considering it was covered by the National Health Fund, it really wasn't that bad. I entered the emergency room at 7:00 a.m. and was in the operating room by 8:50 a.m. The doctors were specific and busy, but precise. The nurses and orderlies were very helpful. Contacting the office and scheduling the procedure was also very efficient. The hospital needs a complete renovation.

I've had the pleasure of using the eye clinic twice. The wait time is typically 2-3 hours, the appointment lasts a quick 5 minutes, and there are two patients in the office at once. I never thought in a single minute that someone could be fitted for corrective lenses—and yet… Dr. Dąbrówka was dismissive of the problem of persistent eye pain. After waiting six months for an appointment, I'd like to see at least some solution to it… it's a mockery.

A few days ago, I was a patient in the orthopedics department. From the moment I was admitted to the ward and also after the procedure, I met an extremely kind and empathetic team. The nurses were very kind and helpful to every patient, smiling and literally on call, the orderlies were supportive, and although the conditions in the ward are not good and are awaiting major renovations, the patient care is at the highest level. Thank you very much for your care and support. You are amazing.
