Clinic "K"...I made an appointment with Dr. Obłekowska based on a recommendation, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The appointment had been scheduled almost a month and a half earlier, at a time when my vaginal bleeding had been prolonged. Meanwhile, I was on the operating table, where a lump and my right adnexa were removed, which turned out to be malignant. I decided to use my previously scheduled appointment for a consultation and to check on the healing process after the surgery. Meanwhile, additional questions and troubling symptoms arose, which I wanted to discuss with the doctor. In the office, the doctor began with a medical history, but when I asked her about my previous surgery and was diagnosed with malignant tumors, she insisted I should see an oncologist, not her. I informed the "doctor" that I was currently awaiting a consultation and further treatment, to which she replied, very casually, that she wouldn't be able to help me and that she could schedule an appointment, perform an ultrasound, and take a Pap smear, but that was all. A look of dissatisfaction appeared on her face again when I informed her that I was currently experiencing bleeding that I couldn't have predicted. The doctor then said, "What do I expect from her?" "I apologize for having to go to the hospital after making an appointment, and then arriving bleeding on the day of my appointment. How dare I waste the doctor's precious time?" In short, the visit, which I treated as a post-surgery consultation, ended very quickly. An ultrasound was performed casually, the doctor treated me like an intruder in her office. I received no answers to any of my questions, and I have to wait until the consultation and my next appointment with an oncologist to address my concerns. Finally, I wanted to discuss not only the oncology issue but also the secondary issues, which are equally important and are handled by a gynecologist, not an oncologist. The only encouraging thing is that the receptionists are very kind, warm, and helpful. They showed more empathy than the aforementioned doctor. The clinic's interior is clean and cozy.

The approach to patients is pathetic; no one answers the phone. One of the receptionists clearly needs computer training, and certainly training in the system. They provide contradictory information, with two different options for making an appointment on the same day. The doctor, with years of experience, is a disgrace; she doesn't have time to write a referral, but she does have time for private conversations. She uses very vulgar language in the presence of patients, and has zero empathy. Dear people, doctors and the healthcare system should be there for the patient. Doctors swear to help, but it's scary to get sick.

The operation/management of the Maratońska 71 clinic was poor, and now it's disastrous. You can get through by phone (no connection errors – that's in the past). The receptionists are unable to help – they can't do anything. They answer the phone and tell you that it's not possible to schedule a teleconsultation appointment with a doctor on a given day (today, January 9, 2026). Please call on Monday morning (this is a well-known answer; you can't get through by 7:20 AM, and at 7:30 AM there are no appointments/numbers available). I ask for an appointment for Monday or Tuesday – it's also impossible. I explain that in December I spoke with the Deputy Manager and was informed that teleconsultation can be scheduled in advance. This way, I receive information, i.e., "force" information, that I can schedule an appointment for the following Friday (waiting for a week to see a family doctor – a nightmare). Perhaps we need to increase the workload of doctors, since their workload is so high, and reduce the number of receptionists, since there's nothing to do after 7:30. I should mention that my 87-year-old father, who is certified disabled, is a patient at this unfortunate clinic. I only managed to get a nurse to come to my house for a blood draw once (after three weeks of antibiotic therapy in the winter, my father was unable to leave the house). That was also the time when a doctor came for a checkup during a home visit (I had to drive to get her). I don't like the way this clinic operates. It's poorly managed. We don't have any problems with other clinics in our family (other districts). Maratońska 71 has undergone renovations, so the clinic has been invested in; it deserves good management. Patients should receive proper, appropriate care. Unfortunately, despite information that improvements would be implemented in January 2026, no positive change has been observed!

This clinic is a complete disaster. I'd been waiting since 6:30 a.m. and was fourth in line. I arrived at the window on April 7th and couldn't get in because there were no doctor's appointments for that day. THERE WERE ONLY THREE! From the reports of other patients, I gathered that this is the norm at this clinic. It's a normal day, and the lack of available appointments is due to the doctors making their own appointments in the office. This institution has its own crazy rules, and someone should take action.

They should really get serious about checking things out there. Last time I went for an appointment, the ladies at the registration desk were just sitting around chatting, doing NOTHING. There were no people there. Today, at a similar time, I tried to call to schedule another appointment, and first I had to wait in line, and when I was supposed to be next, the call was rejected. People don't do that. Why even bother with phone registration if no one answers?
