Today's appointment at the hospital's endocrinology and gynecology clinic on Polna Street in Poznań was a huge disappointment. My appointment was for 12:30 PM. I waited until 2:30 PM. During that time, the doctor was seeing patients, but with me and another patient waiting, she gathered her things, put on her jacket, and left the office without any information or explanation. I was not seen, nor was any information provided about the cause of the situation. I consider this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to patients, who often wait weeks or months for an appointment. I should add that I had been waiting for my appointment since November... This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. I would have expected at least basic information and respect for patients. A complete failure.

I've had my first gynecological-endocrinological consultation with Dr. P., and I'm very pleased. I've learned a lot of new information. Not only have I been prescribed new medications (which I'm responding to well so far), but my blood test results have also been discussed in detail. Dr. P. also spent a lot of time recommending nutrition and increased physical activity, which are very important given my symptoms, yet often overlooked. I hope the new medications, diet, and physical activity will truly work wonders this time.
