The doctor I see is very nice, and I have no complaints about the receptionists either, but it takes a miracle to get through. I've been on the line for over half an hour because I was supposed to call for a referral around that time, and of course, I can't get through. I should add that I've been first in line since the call started. Maybe they have more interesting things to do there, like drink coffee instead of answering the phone. Registration is open until 4 p.m., so maybe the ladies are shortening their workdays and letting the idiots get in. They can raise your blood pressure to dangerous levels. If you called them, you're lucky and can play Lotto.

I don't recommend it. I've been prescribed pills by my doctor for over a year, but they didn't work, and after consulting another doctor, I learned I shouldn't take them at all. There's no desire whatsoever to undergo any extensive testing to find out what's wrong with me (besides a blood test). I don't understand the point of scheduling a specific appointment when there's always at least an hour's delay.

I only recommend it for a basic visit - like a prescription, referral... If it's something more serious - I definitely don't recommend it!

While I'm happy with my visits to my doctor at this clinic, getting through to the registration desk is a joke. Absolutely awful. It's hard to even comment. I've been calling for test results for over a week, and I'm on hold for 2-3 hours. It's a disaster!

The receptionists clearly haven't heard of Rodona – the entire clinic is shouting personal information, PESEL numbers, and the reason for the visit. Punctuality is nonexistent here; an hour late is standard practice. Everyone has time for coffee, gossip, and the occasional patient in between.
