I'm very disappointed with the clinic. When signing the contract, I was assured that all follow-up appointments would be available in Warsaw, and transfers would be made in Katowice. Now, suddenly, I find out I have to travel all the way to Katowice for each appointment—over three hours each way. Such changes during treatment are extremely stressful for the patient and weren't clearly communicated beforehand. I feel cheated and deprived of the comfort I was hoping for. This is a very unprofessional approach.
