If you are looking for THE BEST clinic for your IVF treatment , Gyncentrum is everything you need and more . We are having our IVF in their Krakow clinic and we cannot be happier . We are from England and the process has been very smooth .The team is highly professional and with a great English language knowledge . The doctor that follows us is Dr Polaček who really made us feel at ease and relaxed. The whole process is smooth and in a calm , very clean environment . I cannot fault it. Spotless facilities , professional , friendly , caring staff . A massive thank you to all and especially to Liliia Holianska for her care and help with the translations when needed. Her calm approachable manners made the process so much easier and stress free.

Worst hospital visit in my entire 37 years. When people turn to such institutions, they expect help, not negligence and indifference. We turned to this clinic for help and even considered the option of artificial insemination. But how can you entrust such a responsible step to people who can't figure out the schedule of doctor's appointments and blood tests. The first visit was remembered by more than an hour of queue (regardless of the previous appointment). The second (and last (we planned to do tests almost for 800 euros) - we were sent to stand at the doctor's door together with other patients (again, regardless of the previous appointment), after 50 minutes of waiting, a nurse came to us and informed us that we needed to go to another office. Because another doctor should do that procedure we scheduled for - and it took 50 minutes for them to understand something???... BUT to the office, we were not brought in, but told to just wait in the corridor... WAIT AGAIN. After contacting the administrators, a nurse ran up to us again, said that we don't need to wait any longer, and took us to the office, where the laboratory assistant could not understand which referral she should prescribe for us. After such actions, we decided not to entrust such an important event to these people. What else can they confuse...

I had a pleasant experience with the center. The registration went fast, everyone was supportive. Administrators and doctors explained everything in details. The results were sent to me within 10 minutes from my email request. The only thing I wish is to be lucky is to catch a parking place:) however, there's an option to use public parking spots down the street.

That’s e-mail l got from hospital ( which l called for my results ), they forgot to do my test which l paid 185 zloty , instead of apologizing, saying that we are sorry we did mistake, we forgot to do this test , they just wrote me test has not been done , if you want, take your money back if not do it 2 trimester. Like it is just this normal not to do paid test which is pretty pretty important for 1 trimester , especially my situation and doctor wrote a note mentioning this test. And l remind this test to the nurse when she took blood 2-3 times . There could be problems or mistakes but you should at least apologize for your mistakes which is important for patients to have their controls done correctly. On the phone also they handled same way no apologies for mistake just informing your test is not done you can take your money back or do it second trimester, like it is so normal treat patients this way and forget their tests . W nawiązaniu do rozmowy z położną informujemy,że badanie preeklampsji (PLGF) nie zostało wykonane . Przy najbliższej wizycie otrzyma Pani zwrot środków pieniężnych,ewentualnie może Pani wykonac badanie w 2 trymestrze.

Quite ok. We did only prenatal ultrasound. The only issue I noticed which I believe could be easily fixed is that you have to fill in tons of papers which is ok, but if sent over email prior visit could save a lot of time for everyone.
