  I had a very positive experience with Gyncentrum clinic in Katowice. Their advanced technology and well-organized facilities gave me great confidence throughout treatment, and the customer service from Alona Vakhnenko, our patient assistant, was caring, responsive, and supportive. For patients coming from the United Kingdom, obtaining prescriptions and medications can be challenging, so I strongly recommend purchasing as much as possible while in Katowice; having an on-site pharmacy at the clinic makes this much easier. Since starting treatment in 2024, I saw several doctors—some more communicative than others—but my final consultations with Dr Mercik were reassuring and thorough, helping me feel comfortable and well informed. After about a year and a half, I finally achieved a positive pregnancy and am now 12 weeks along. One small downside is that the clinic is not very proactive with updates, so patients need to keep reaching out to understand where they are in the process. Overall, I am very grateful for the care and support that helped make this journey successful.

  Update: My latest experience in the year 2023-2024 was completely on the opposite site, unfortunately, due to changes the company made. I'm not recommending anyone at this point. The year 2022: My husband and I made a big decision coming all the way from the USA to have our egg donor Ivf program done at the Gyncentrum Katowice. It is all started from email conversations back and forth with the coordinators, Olga Diaz and Anna Karolczyk. They are always so responsive from the beginning answering all the questions with details and patience. Long story short, after staying in Katowice for 7 weeks focusing on this program, I am now back in the USA with a successful result! We are pregnant! And our contact with Olga and Anna has not ended. They are still communicating with me via email wanting to know my update and making sure they are still there to answer any questions I may have. What a sweet angels they are to us in this journey. 😇 Any couples who have been in this journey know how frustrating it is to go through this route, but Gyncentrum team has made it so much easier. The receptionists are always nice, the doctors and the nurses as well. One thing I want to mention is that, there are several doctors on duty on different days. So you will not be handled by just one doctor, you will see different doctors depending on which day your appointment is on. I did not like it in the beginning when I found out but could not justify the pros and cons on this method. The midwives department who perform blood withdrawals could do better. Every time I had my blood withdrawn I was bleeding a lot, unusual amount of blood. One time I had to ask them to change the pad because it was all soaking wet in blood. Nevertheless, the doctors are very professional, always take the time to care for you. The facility is very well equipped. So it is very convenient to have everything done in one place. There is a pharmacy on the ground floor which all the pharmacist are very nice and kind. Right across the street is the Silesia city center where you can unwind before or after your appointment at the clinic. Special thanks to Olga Diaz and Anna Karolczyk, doctor Mercik and Kopiec. I have confidence your company will grow because of their pure kindness and service.

  I cannot express just how amazing our experience (my wife and I) was at this clinic! We have been to so many clinics and countries, but here was special. Going through this difficult journey involves a lot of complicated tests, medicine, and many high and lows and scary moments. Until you are blessed, the most one can hope for is good medicine and good service, and in this Gyncentrum went above and beyond. Our journey is not over but I am still so grateful and appreciative! The doctors were good, patient, and willing to explain and discuss with us on a scientific level, instead of just condescending, giving us orders and sending us away as soon as possible (as we experienced so often in other places). Gyncentrum also has access to so much equipment and testing facilities that we did not have to run around like crazy but instead managed to be really resource and time efficient. Really, top notch professionals and a great clinic overall. I specifically want to thank Anna Karolczyk, who was nothing less than our saviour. Always available, so patient, so friendly, and most importantly, so resourceful and helpful. She went above and beyond at every turn, helping us make sense of the tests we needed, navigating the bureaucracy, scheduling, helping us get the answers we needed, and even indulging our frustrations and nerves whenever complications arose. Really, the best service I think I have ever received, anywhere, and for anything. Whatever happens, we will always remain in her debt. Thank you Anna, and thank you GynCentrum.

  It was a wonderful experience for both my spouse and me. The clinic in Warsaw was extremely modern and very clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it to everyone.

  I highly recommend this clinic! The receptionists are wonderful, kind, and always smiling. Especially the one with blonde hair and dark, tied-back hair. They always answer questions and inform me about any changes to appointments or delays. I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed my visits with Dr. Mercik. Dr. Gajewska is a wonderful, professional doctor with extensive experience. Their smiles from the moment you walk in the door, welcoming you, can truly put you at ease, and you feel right at home. 🥲 After my visit with Dr. Padjas, I wasn't entirely sure, so I decided to see Dr. Sydor again. He ordered a completely different procedure and more tests. He was a very kind, friendly doctor with extensive knowledge. He answered all my questions, gave me advice, and explained everything. I highly recommend Dr. Mercik, Dr. Gajewska, and Dr. Sydor wholeheartedly. Complete professionalism!
