I would like to sincerely thank you for your care and recommend the wonderful midwives, Ania and Monika, to other patients. They cared for me during my second pregnancy and also accompanied me through my not-so-easy postpartum journey. I never expected to meet such wonderful and dedicated women in the public healthcare system. I could always count on support, whether through home visits or by phone. They answered all my questions, even the seemingly trivial ones. They provided tremendous emotional support. Their warmth and professionalism earned my complete trust and immense affection. I regret that our journey together is coming to an end, but I will gladly visit them during my visits to the clinic. I dare say that I wouldn't have received such high-quality care anywhere else, and I'm glad I met them. Ania and Monika, if you're reading this, thank you once again from the bottom of my heart for everything. ❤️

For the first time since I made an appointment with a primary care physician at this facility, I have to use a consultation. Making an appointment by phone is impossible. First, you have to wait several minutes, and then you're told there are no appointment numbers. One day, I'm told they're available for two days in advance, and the next, they're only available for the current day. So I arrive at the clinic, wait in line, and finally, it's my turn! AND... THERE ARE NO NUMBERS. There are still online appointments—I wonder if there will be any appointment numbers.

Today I had my blood drawn by the empathetic and incredibly professional Dr. Renatka, who demonstrated incredible calm, kindness, and complete professionalism. She drew blood efficiently and painlessly, while also explaining everything thoroughly. She was very approachable and helpful. Thanks to her, the entire visit was quick and pleasant, and I felt truly cared for. I am incredibly grateful to have met such a wonderful person. Employees like Dr. Renatka should be properly recognized and rewarded.

I'm very happy with the visit to the blood collection point. There are a lot of people in the queue, that's true, but it doesn't affect it much. The blood collection itself was painless and quick, and I often have problems with blood collection due to hidden veins. The ladies at the office were very nice, friendly, and helpful.
