  This is the first time I've encountered a patient being ignored at a private practice, even at the registration stage... It turns out the doctor is on his own, and the receptionist is on her own. Several patients have appointments for one hour, which extends the appointment time by another hour. You need to be patient and have a lot of cash... I don't recommend it, unless you like being treated like an object.
