  I arrived at the pediatric ward with my 9-month-old baby and from the very beginning, I felt we were under excellent care. Both the doctors and nurses were incredibly kind, empathetic, and helpful. Everything was thoroughly explained, and communication with the doctors – both during the day and at night – was excellent and seamless. Although the rooms are quite cramped, I never felt chaotic or disinterested. On the contrary – I felt cared for, listened to, and reassured about my child. Every request was met with a response, and help was provided quickly, even at night, without unnecessary waits. This is a ward where you can truly feel the staff's commitment and concern for the young patients and their parents. I am very grateful for the care we received. Natalia Ceklarz

  It's a shitty death ward. Instead of helping people, the doctors and nurses in the ER sit at their computers and do their best. Instead of asking me what was going on, the first thing the doctor said was that I was young and stupid and that I should know what was happening to me. They didn't help me at all. I don't recommend it. It's better to go somewhere else.

  One star is already too many! I arrived at the ER seven months pregnant with a severe headache lasting several hours. They were referred door-to-door, and no one helped me, not even took my blood pressure! The ER and gynecology nurses were disgusted that I dared bother them after 8 p.m.

  Good morning, two weeks ago I was admitted to the emergency room at this hospital. I suffered a shoulder dislocation. Despite the small number of people present, I was immediately admitted and cared for by the doctors and nurses there. They provided professional care, assistance, and knowledge. Even though I'm from the Wielkopolska region and went to the mountains for the holidays without planning to have this accident, this few-dozen-minute stay was very positive.   I arrived at the Limanowa Emergency Department on the evening of October 14, 2025, with a cut thumb. The entire waiting process was very quick and efficient, despite the dozen or so people waiting. I'd like to thank the doctor who stitched up the severed tendon and thumb, despite a small but very unfortunate cut, the nurse who assisted me, and the ladies at the X-ray room for their kind treatment. Such a quick and efficient response will certainly impact my finger's function in the future. I wasn't belittled; I was treated normally, despite the many tattoos on my body, where my visit to the emergency department in Nowy Sącz some time ago was a nightmare, partly because of the tattoos. The hospital in Nowy Sącz is no match for the hospital in Limanowa. Thank you again to the staff who attended this shift; you are angels ❤️ A huge plus is the large, inexpensive parking lot outside the hospital. You don't have to worry about where to park your car.
