You wait longer for appointments than with any other doctor anywhere. When you finally get an appointment, they call you back for another week because the doctor is late. I think they should be paid starvation wages; maybe they'd learn to respect their patients. The staff comes to work as a punishment. Remember, you're not a patient, you're a parasite—that should be the motto of this clinic.

A very incompetent doctor. My appointments were constantly being rescheduled. I wanted to continue treatment with Ms. Żukowska, as she had been treating my condition from the very beginning, but it was time to find another doctor. Every appointment, when it finally happened, was delayed by at least 30 minutes. While I was taking the pill, I didn't have a follow-up appointment because it was constantly postponed. I deliberately had new blood tests done at each appointment, which I had to pay for each time, only to find out later that I wouldn't be able to get one every month. My results worsened because I was taking the wrong pills, and my health also deteriorated. Of course, I couldn't get an appointment. When I tried to make an appointment with another doctor at the clinic, I was told the date was several months away, but I emphasized that I was taking new pills and needed an urgent follow-up. I strongly advise against paying more for a more experienced and communicative doctor.

Recently, I was waiting in line at a clinic for work-related matters. I could have gotten in without waiting, but I waited patiently; I didn't want to cause a problem. While I was waiting, doctors were calling patients... 7 of them!!! They simply didn't show up. As I understand it, they didn't even notify the clinic. Only this clinic in Trzebnica has doctors other than internists covered by the National Health Fund. For some reason, this clinic has the most patients. And there are only three clinics. Strangely, this is the only one people are complaining about, and at the same time, the number of complaints is increasing. I haven't read any complaints anywhere about one clinic refusing to make home visits to a patient, for example. None of the doctors at this clinic have refused to help a homeless person or someone in crisis!

I don't recommend Dr. Swędzioł... she doesn't issue referrals for tests, explaining that they can be done every few years because she doesn't do them very often, so patients don't need them very often either :) It's a shame what's going on at this clinic.
