I'm very satisfied. Dr. Smilowski is a very warm and gentle man. He explains everything calmly and patiently. He doesn't prescribe unnecessary medications if there are other options. I highly recommend him!

I don't know where these less-than-favorable reviews come from, but maybe things have changed since then. I've been seeing Dr. Śmiłowski for two years now and highly recommend him. He's very thorough, and I've practically never had to wait in line. I always get in at my scheduled appointment. The receptionists are also very kind and helpful.

I highly DO NOT recommend them, especially because of the women working at the reception desk. I asked one woman to issue me an invoice for a doctor's visit. But she proved to be smarter, issued me a receipt, stamped the back, and explained that an invoice wasn't necessary to submit to my insurer. This is how I lost 100 złoty because my insurer doesn't accept stamped receipts, only invoices. The second woman, the "receptionist," suddenly forgot that she misled me during the phone call. She didn't apologize and, on top of that, started shouting at me, supposedly proving her point. Absolutely insolent! The customer service is abysmal. I didn't use this appointment, and I don't recommend it to you either.

Today, I had a gynecologist appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM. The receptionist informed me of a 20-minute delay (it can happen), so I patiently waited my turn. At the 21st minute, I informed the receptionist (in case the appointment had ended before me) that I was going to the restroom for a moment (it took 3 minutes). The patient in front of me was still in the office. After leaving the restroom, I noticed the woman with the later appointment was entering the office. So I asked the receptionist if the doctor had taken the woman who was supposed to come after me before me. She replied, "Yes." The doctor said she wouldn't wait (in the end, it was a matter of 20-30 seconds). I should emphasize that in recent years, I haven't been a frequent patient of the doctor, but I have been a regular. Just as you have a choice in patients, we patients have a wide choice in doctors, so I'll happily use the services of a competitor.

The standard cost for an appointment is 150 PLN for an ultrasound, a thorough examination, a discussion of the results, and a consultation. I don't think it's excessive. Prices are similar now, and even higher in larger cities, so if you're not comfortable with that, go for the National Health Fund (NFZ). I recommend Dr. Śmiłowski – he followed my entire pregnancy, and I'll choose him for my next one. Appointments are always on time; I've never waited even a minute longer. The service is top-notch and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend him!
