A great doctor, but terrible organization and lack of respect for the patient's time. The doctor herself is a good specialist, but the workflow at this facility is outrageous. To get to my 1:00 PM appointment, I drove 100 km with my son in very difficult driving conditions. I had to take time off, and my child missed school. Despite our punctuality, I gave up after 30 minutes of waiting at the door. When I asked why we weren't going in, the receptionist told me that the doctor devotes as much time as needed to each patient. If that's the case, why schedule appointments? I charge 350 PLN for an appointment and require partnership – if I were even 5 minutes late, I probably wouldn't be seen. It's unacceptable to force patients who travel from far away to sit in endless lines at such rates. The registration system is a sham that completely ignores the costs and effort the patient incurs to get there. A huge disappointment.

Unfortunately, the visit was fruitless, and I left feeling it was pointless. I regret not having been told during the phone registration that she was seeking a diagnosis for ADHD, and that it was being performed by a psychologist, not a psychiatrist. Taking a medical history is pointless because the doctor doesn't anticipate any follow-up, doesn't diagnose, and suggests tests she doesn't perform. It's also my fault, as I should have researched the specialist's diagnosis beforehand rather than relying on the registration process. I have no complaints about Dr. Natalia, who was very empathetic and professional. However, it's a waste of time, both for her and for me, and I'm still in the same situation.
