  I had surgery for major surgery in this Hospital. Doctors, nurses and other staff are very accommodating, not to mention some intern students. After one week of surgery, I had emergency, I came back here night time, they attended me right away. Stayed for the night. Highly recommended though you must have patience in appointment time. Thank you..🙏🙏🙏 btw, I'm Asian.

  I was admitted on the 2nd of July, with some strong pain and mild bleeding. I had to stay overnight to proceed with the termination on my pregnancy, as my child was already not javing a heartbeat. The team present of doctors and nurses was amazing, and they helped me all night long with the pain and the trauma of what I've been through. I wanna thank all the Amazing Jan, Agnieszka's I met that night and the other lovely darlings who took care of me so dearly for this they deserve a 5 star. Coming morning the shift changes and my experience changes too, around 8h30 a crew of doctors comes in the bedroom, speaking Polish, I said I don't speak polish, this older woman, says something in polish, they all laugh and then she says, You can go home, not even looking at me. To the other pacients they are laughing and chatting, I felt discriminated, yes I'm darker skinned, which later on as they kept me waiting allegating my bill was coming from somewhere I had to sit more than one hour, with my partner, watching the emergency reception with a few doctors and nurses on their phones, sitting and laughing and chatting like they are sitting on a café while the waiting room outside is full and we are just there. After being tired of getting ignored I go to the reception, speaking english, of course, some turn their faces, and some speak in polish and I call my partner to come translate because Im getting 0 respect from this crew. I was treated like Im doing something wrong. All I asked was to talk to a doctor so I could go home and mourn my child. The answer had previously been please go to the secretary, being at this secretary they say they are waiting for the bill to come from somewhere else. When I confronted the reception, I said I was tired in pain and traumatized for losing my baby and wanted to go, and why were they keeping me there? No doctor told me how I was or what treatment I needed at this point. I never disrespected anyone like they were disrespecting me and my partner. WE LEFT AT 11H. If you can not treat a person like a human despite religion or race, you should not be a doctor or a nurse. The trauma was bigger at the end, with all of this that could be easily sorted by being professionals and giving straight answers. The pacients are not to blame for the workers being unhappy with their jobs.

  I was admitted last Dec 2023 due to my polyps on my uterus. I go there all by myself but the Doctors and Nurses are very accommodating that's why I didn't get scared even though it was my first time to undergo even a minor surgery 😊
