I've had a wonderful experience at Ginemedica Justin Center and especially with Dr. Irena Jalocha. She clearly and patiently answered my many questions and was extremely kind and congenial. As an American, I was concerned that we would have difficulty communicating in English, but Dr. Jalocha explained things effectively in excellent English. The receptionist was very prompt in following-up via email concerning my documentation of this visit and also spoke English well. I highly recommend this place.

They called me for the third time to change either the date or time of my appointment, honestly for their prices they should consider better service. Ps: they made for me an appointment on the 3rd of June, which is literally a bank holiday in Poland and called to cancel obviously after almost a month when they noticed

I made appointment to konsultacija poloznica to one doctor at Ginmedica OVO and got confirmation by sms, stating the address of the center at Podwale. Lately I changed this appointment to the visit to the another doctor that was available earlier dates by phone, received no sms either email confirmation, however I did notes that it should be at 12:20. The day before the visit around 8:20 when I still sleep I got phone call from the clinic about confirmation of the visit, the reception lady was talking very quickly, so I even could not understand, who is calling. However in general I got the point that is about tomorrow visit, and they ask to come 20 minutes earlier. On the day of the visit because of heavy traffic I came around 12:10 to Ginmedica OVO, however they told me that my visit is at Krawiecka. I went to Krawiecka and was there at 12:20, however they told me that I'm 20 minutes late and doctor cannot already consult me. I showed them sms, where only in the first one was stated the address Podwale, but nowhere Krawiecka. However lady at the reception was insisting that she told me the proper address on phone and it is enough for me, she is not in charge of those sms, so they refused to provide me the visit on that day. To sum up, such treating of pregnant patients and making them to run between their centers, as long as coming to the visit one more time because of bad work of the reception is beyond my understanding. Never experienced such attitude in another private medical centers in Poland. Horrible coordination and work of reception.

I went to the place on time but the door was locked and they did even ignore my phone call. One guy got the call so I said excuse me and he said something and just hung up the phone. I called 3times again and none of them were connected to anyone. SO BAD
