I visited this clinic with my daughter for an examination. She was a bit nervous about having her private parts checked, but we were fortunate to see Dr. Anna Tarczyńska-Podraza. She spoke fluent English, which made communication easy. Dr. Anna was also very professional and friendly, which helped my daughter feel relaxed during the examination. I highly recommend Dr. Anna to anyone visiting this clinic. Plus, I love the ladies at the reception. They were very nice and knew what they could do for me.

New and clean space, but I did not have a good experience. They seemed to be in a rush and started the hysteroscopy procedure before I could finish the forms (even though I was early for the appointment) and with very poor explanation (not due to language barrier). During the procedure there was barely no communication and they didn't really care that I was in pain (pushed way too much until they decided to stop and that I needed to do the procedure under anesthesia). They took photos of the exam with their phones, which seemed very strange, and did not explain why they needed to do it. After the procedure, again a quick and poor explanation of what they found and next steps. I left there shaking and have bad memories. It was a traumatic event for me. Since then, I had a way better experience in another clinic and I am now sure that it did not need to be the nightmare that it was. Overall, it has potential due to the good structure but there was no caring for the patient.

I'm very disappointed with my visit to this clinic. I had made an appointment for the vaccination and received a text message informing me of a 10-15 minute delay, so I went accordingly. Upon arrival, I discovered that another patient had been admitted, and I waited AN HOUR for a few minutes for a visit that consisted solely of signing a form for vaccination eligibility. I received no apology or explanation. The staff demonstrated neither professionalism nor empathy. I felt disrespected. The workflow was more reminiscent of the National Health Fund (NFZ) than a private clinic. The midwife administered the vaccination in a distinctly rushed manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and questioned whether everything was being done with due care. I paid over 600 PLN and definitely didn't receive the level of service I expect from a private clinic. I do not recommend them!

I went to the clinic for a colposcopy, and I haven't left the doctor's office feeling so positively shocked in a long time. Dr. Anna Tarczyńska-Podraza saw me. She took a comprehensive history and explained everything. The colposcopy itself was completely painless! I'm absolutely satisfied, and I'm so grateful for breaking the spell of this test.

They charge more for an obstetrics appointment, but they don't care about the client. They sent me to a midwife who went off somewhere and didn't return for several dozen minutes. The receptionist didn't even know about it, and apparently, the midwife was working on a procedure. Furthermore, when she returned, she saw the person before me and then tried to leave again, ignoring me. As a result, I spent an hour longer than I should have, even though I arrived about 40 minutes before my scheduled time (I don't count that time as part of the hour I shouldn't have spent there).
