Hello, I had my first appointment with a gynecologist today to confirm my pregnancy. Besides a Pap smear and an ultrasound, the doctor didn't order any additional tests, blood work, or anything else. She was very dismissive. After the ultrasound, I asked about sick leave because I have a demanding, physical job that involves a lot of lifting, and I can't work. The doctor replied that pregnancy isn't an illness and that, according to the Labor Code, my employer must adapt my work station to accommodate pregnancy, and that if women don't advocate for themselves, no one will respect them. I find this approach unthinkable, as my company strictly prohibits working during pregnancy. So, thank you for throwing your money away, because I can't think of anything else. She invited me for another appointment in two weeks because today was too early for anything, as it was early pregnancy. But because of her inhibition and dismissive attitude, I will never set foot there again. And the cost of the visit was higher than at a well-known doctor's.

No, no, and no again. This is not how private visits in private practices should be. Lack of empathy, lack of courtesy. Distance from the patient as if no one knew who they were. No prescription for any pain medication. The examination was painful, and I've never experienced anything like this with any other gynecologist, unless it was one covered by the National Health Fund. Now I know why there are no waiting lists for this woman.

Another visit with the doctor, I'm delighted. Everything was explained thoroughly, and her approach was very professional. Not to mention that she's a very kind person. The treatment I received yielded excellent results. I'm glad I found such a wonderful gynecologist. The easy access, parking, and cozy waiting room are also a plus. I highly recommend her.

Discussing my health issues depended on the doctor's mood. He didn't provide any explanations for some questions. I thought I was being treated by a gynecologist, but unfortunately, the "eyeball" treatment led to painful pelvic inflammatory disease. I changed doctors, and he explained that the previous doctor had been eyeballing me, without performing a single, straightforward examination to determine what would have revealed the symptoms and what to treat me with. Fortunately, my current doctor is now treating me properly. I had been struggling with symptoms for about six months, which persisted due to the gynecologist's improper treatment.
