My visit to the ENT turned out to be a complete disappointment. I arrived with ear pain, and two weeks later, the "treatment" ended with even more pain. At both my first and subsequent appointments, the doctor began with an otoscope examination of the affected ear, then used the same device to examine the healthy ear. He seemed disinterested in what I was saying and didn't order any specialized tests. The "help" was limited to prescribing medications, which didn't help. I had an audiologist test and had my own blood drawn. The audiologist was concerned about the ear discharge, but the ENT said it was normal for it to leak. Furthermore, when I mentioned that I might be at risk for nose/throat cancer (a family history), I was told it wasn't hereditary. Of course, I didn't receive a referral for a CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, or X-ray, and the pain was unbearable at times. The appointment, clock in hand, lasted seven minutes. A small plus for the quick turnaround time, but I'm not surprised why... Besides that, the ladies at the front desk could be a little nicer. I have no complaints about the younger receptionist; she's completely professional. The older ladies should learn from her.

I highly recommend Dr. Moskalewicz. He's a very friendly doctor who always explains and explains everything. He managed both of my pregnancies with great care. I always remember my visits with him as a pleasant experience. I'm very satisfied with my visits. The receptionists are very kind and friendly, always with a smile on their faces – it's rare to meet such people. Thank you for the wonderful care ❤️
